It feels like when your granny makes you breakfast on a Saturday morning haha.
The food is great, huge portions (you can share) and there are so many options that is kind of hard to choose because everything is really tasty (sweet and salty).
You must try their pays but the pancakes are really good too. Very kind and funny waiter hope you have the same luck.

Every single staff member had a smile and a "have a great day", the food was quire reasonably priced, arrived quickly and tasted great... We'll be back again and again.
Edit: Since this review, we've made Perkins our twice-a-month breakfast joint. Consistently quality food, good prices, and the staff are just tops. Don't miss out!

Had to wait a bit as they were clearly understaffed. To the credit of the staff, the cook came out and seated us. The food was fantastic and the waitress did a great job. Clearly the management and employee retention needs some work but the staff and food were excellent.

The food was great and Austin our server was great! 4 stars are for the food and waiter .
BUT.... the dining room was a pig style,food under the tables dirty dishes left on some tables and waitresses standing around by the kitchen door laughing and visiting with each other.disgusting! This was the second time we have gone there and experienced the same thing. You either need some new waitresses or a new manager who is on top of things.

Great service and quiet thank goodness no loud pounding music so you can talk to whom you are with. The food is so good. Nice selection of dinners. Veal cutlets and potato pancakes are the best. Breakfast all day. Burgers are great. One of our favourite places to eat in Kelowna.

Ate there each morning our our recent stay in Kelowna. The food was pretty standard breakfast food which is exactly what we wanted. The servers were super fast, attentive and friendly. The service is why we kept going back during our stay.

A bit of a hidden gem for breakfast. It can be a tad busy at times, so go earlyish. I'm a baked good nut so being able to get a muffin instead of toast is amazing. Coffee is tasty, service is typically good (when it's not overly busy), and the location is convenient.

Food and service were both exceptional. Average wait tymes, in my opinion you can't rush quality food, which is exactly what you get here. You want fast, hit up mcdonalds. Brian the manager was very pleasant and more than willing to answer any questions I had. They do reservations for groups of 10 or more but your better off calling and asking them because theres restrictions on days and tymes. Our server, cheyanne, was amazing. Very friendly woman who does her job very well. Overall a great dining experience. Will definitly recommend you visiting here as I will in the future. See you at perkins!

Great staff and decent wait times. They have a very extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch. Although I would recommend avoiding popular eating times to escape waits.

Friendly service but there was a bit of a wait considering there was plenty of staff and not too many customers. Food was good and it was nice having breakfast at noon.

Drinks and beer selection not great like a lot of kelowna, inside could be better set up for good atmosphere although patio is ok. Probably deserves 3 stars but this place had 5 STAR food!!

Good food, friendly staff. Amazing coffee with endless refills. Be prepared for a small wait on weekends it is always busy!

Consistent food quality and average service but servers are usually friendly. Sometimes there is a long wait for food but it's usually hot when it comes out.
