The delivery driver on skip messed the order the people called me and told me to contact the delivery driver to come back and pick it up he didn’t, so I got a refund on skip and they are so nice they gave me a extra mcchickens 6 ice cream cone coupons large fries and large Fries for free
Just your average Maccies stop, shop and scran. I had to wait full time for my fries AFTER my smoothie and burger was ready.
And for some reason no tables had electric sockets.... At all. Disappointing
I cannot explain the amount of shear pleasure the cheese burger and nuggets made me feel. This combo was like a rainbow combustion on my taste buds. 100% would go again thank you McDonald's. This meal mended my relationship with McDonald's once again.
We ordered an iced coffee. We did not realize that the coffee was sweet. We were talking about it, and a staff member over heard us. She then offers us a new one with more coffee than cream. Very kind and helpful staff.
Great place, manager is helpful and the little kid running around cleaning up the tables is a better worker than most adults. Only downside is all the loser customers with weird expectations. Place is usually busy and customers frequently kill the vibe bitching about a small busy McDonald's not meeting their expectations??? A lot of whiney immature adults frequent the place.
The best mcdonalds in Kelowna. Clean, food are fresh and good customer service. Fantastic

There is a worker there named Paige who goes out of her way to talk to the customers and making them feel welcome and asking if there's anything they need while seated in the eating area. My family and I were so impressed with her, especially with how she handled some rude customers at the time. We tipped her $5 but found out shortly after from her she wasn't allowed to accept our tip and that the manager took it from her. We didn't think that was how the manager should have handled the situation. Instead of the manager taking the money away from her and not informing us that the money wouldn't be going to Paige, the manager should have told Paige to return the money to us directly explaining why she wasn't allowed to receive tips. My husband asked for his $5 back from the manager, and the manager explained that if it was under $5, she would have let her worker keep it even though they weren't allowed tips. So we took the $5 back and in front of the manager gave Paige $2 for her outstanding work there. So silly that we aren't allowed to tip someone for going over and beyond what they are required to do. Food there was same standards as any other McDonalds, but our 5 stars goes out to Paige who works at that location.
Went for my morning coffee yesterday but the store wasn't open, I was 5 mins too early but Roshsean accommodated me and I appreciate his kind service and warm welcoming. I asked him if it was ok to leave a review and he says yes. Great customer service.....
