Just had our dinner here today. The place was great even though there were fewer tables than before. I like the more comfy chairs and couches before. Now is just old wooden chairs. The restaurant was cleaned during our stay. The service was fast and the manager Jeff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was served fast and it was as what I requested. It was also hot and I love the drink station outside where there are lots of drinks to choose from. I which more store has that one. I really love it! I enjoyed the burger and the fries was freshly cooked. I am not sure with all the negative comments but this branch is always good in terms of service and food quality whenever I go here thats why its one of my favorite restaurant.
If you have realistic expectations of your fast food experience, then this is the best run Wendy’s that I have been to. The food service is always quick and efficient, the staff is friendly and well trained, and the manager does a great job. The food was on track for Wendy’s and good. This is our favourite Wendy’s location in Interior BC because it is consistent and reliable. Well done to the team at the Harvey location!
Good breakfast and The potatoes wedges are so good without drink though for $5 breakfast package for 1 person

Exceptionally nice staff 👍 well speaking polite not rude like McDonald's across street. I am a TRUCKEE had very bad experience at McDonald's first. Then went to Wendy's. Staff is very nice She said we are close but I can bring something for you and that was free. Staff didn't charge me even repeatedly requested. I said give to needed one cause I can pay. But she politely denied. THANKS FROM TRUCKING COMMUNITIES. OF COURSE WENDY'S
We had some special requests, it came out half right. The manager sorted it(full refund). Overall the service was good, we hope that the staff at fault are better trained in the future. The fries and patties were very hot (the good).
