I think this is the best Subway location in Kelowna. I find it the cleanest, the toppings are presented more attractively and are well organized, the bread is baked better etc. You can tell the franchisee has done a good job with management here. In my experience the staff has always been friendly as well.
food was good but staff didn't come out from the back for a few minutes, so it took a while to order
This is my favourite subway in the entire town! The staff are so kind, I go an embarrassing amount to this location and the staff make an effort to remember me!
Today (February 19) we went to subway near our home to get sandwiches. we were kindly greeted by a wonderful employee named Gurleen. Not only did we receive wonderful customer service but great sandwiches. We have been to this subway a few times before and have always had a great experience.

Awesome staff every time. Always greeted, asked about my day, sub is always 10/10! It’s always nice after a long day of work to not cook for myself but also to see a friendly face!
I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working at 8:30 pm on November 26th was awesome! He was super friendly and made a perfect sandwich. I will be coming back to this location because this guy is so awesome. :))
A pleasant surprise with today’s visit. I’m sure you know the feeling of expecting the typical level of service at a fast food chain. Well, today I dropped by this Subway. It was just before lunch, but there were a few people lined up. The two staff members were pleasant - they greeted everyone who came in with a genuine greeting (not that plastic the-boss-told-me-to-greet-everyone). There was a genuine dialog over the assembly of the sandwich that made sure that the appropriate portions of each vegetable and sauce was correct. Overall a great experience with a sandwich assembled with care by staff who cared.
If you go during the week during lunch service when Jennifer and Karyn are working you will be impressed with their service! It's kind of ruined all my other Subway experiences now because they've set the bar SO high. After only my second time of dining there, Karyn remembered my exact order! Her memory is incredible. Jennifer is super friendly and always has a big smile on her face. I hope they are compensated more than fairly because they are making a huge difference on my weekly dining choices!
That being said, if you go here whenever those two are not working, the staff they have on are subpar at best. They don't even say hi when you come in, they just ask what you want to order, even if you're the only customer there, so it's not like there's a huge line to rush through. So that's always a let down....
Wait until you see the yellow car out front! It belongs to the best sandwich artist to ever grace a Subway! This fellow really enjoys his job, always serves you with a smile, and does some pretty cool stuff to make your sub the best! (Like dip the pepperoni in the pizza sauce before putting it on! Genius!!) This is the only subway ill go to in town!
Just went for a sandwich here and had a lovely worker named Jennifer helping us. Jennifer was very friendly and meticulous in ensuring our sandwiches were exactly how we wanted them. Very impressed with her and the customer service she provided!
