I think this is the best Subway location in Kelowna. I find it the cleanest, the toppings are presented more attractively and are well organized, the bread is baked better etc. You can tell the franchisee has done a good job with management here. food was good but staff didn't come out from the back for a few minutes, so it took a while to order
This is my favourite subway in the entire town! The staff are so kind, I go an embarrassing amount to this location and the staff make an effort to remember me!
Today (February 19) we went to subway near our home to get sandwiches. we were kindly greeted by a wonderful employee named Gurleen. Not only did we receive wonderful customer service but great sandwiches. We have been to this subway a few times before and have always had a great experience.

Just went for a sandwich here and had a lovely worker named Jennifer helping us. Jennifer was very friendly and meticulous in ensuring our sandwiches were exactly how we wanted them. Very impressed with her and the customer service she provided!
