We went to this location on May 28/22 to get sandwiches. The time was 4:30 - The sign said they close at 6 pm. We were told that we couldn’t order anything grilled as they were cleaning the grill and it was cold. I tried to order a roast beef and cheddar and was told they wouldn’t be able to heat it

Always fast and courteous, sometimes the order is incorrect but I order quite a few times a week and mistakes can happen. But they're always quick to correct. Best Tim Hortons in Kelowna imo.

I was in this location on 5 March 2022, between 4:30 pm and 5:00pm. Cashier (Ariel)working at the moment was so rude to all male customers. He was so friendly and flirty to female customers. No Hello, No Thank you. Super rude and unprofessional. I recomment management to step up and make this place

Cashier worker was extremely unpleasant and cut me off while trying to tell my order and looked like she hated her job. Then got my order wrong. If you enjoy having to see grumpy people I suggest going here.

The staff are courteous and quick. My only criticism would be a patron was not as courteous with his tablet volume loud enough to hear throughout the entire space and no one asked him to turn it down.

I like to offerings however whomever is running this Tim's needs to better train their staff they are slow and forgetful - the place needs to be bit cleaner front if the house and the back.

I bought a turkey bacon sandwich and a BLT and the turkey bacon didn’t have any turkey inside of it :/ I was really hungry so when I got home to see that there was no turkey, small tomatoes. I was pretty disappointed, pretty confused as well. Hopefully my orders didn’t get mixed up or something. Com

Honestly the best coffee I've ever had. This Tim Hortons inside orchard park is relatively more busy. So I'd recommend the one right opposite orchard park if you need to beat the rush.
