I had to share my experience at white spot! From start to finish I had an amazing experience. My server was MARY and she is super amazing. most amazing customer service was provided by her. She made us feel welcome and served us most delicious, and presentable dish. I will definitely come back here with my family. Kid friendly and clean restaurant and very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Mary for such great service. We will definelty be back soon:) Merry Christmas🌺

Our server John was excellent throughout our meal, he checked up on us a good amount. After he gave us our bill he didn't show up again for us to pay so we ended up asking another waiter there, cause we needed to leave.
The food though, spectacular.
Eggs cooked to perfection, hollandaise was mixed well and had good flavor. I had the cheese steak hash, totally worth every penny, I highly recommend.

The burgers are awesome and you can request crispier fries and they're unlimited with the burgers!
Today I tried the chicken teriyaki rice bowl for the first time and it was quite tasty as was the Udon bowl my daughter had, was a bit salty and too many mushrooms for her.
Hubby was not impressed with the smashed potatoes and the coleslaw was bland for him!!
Overall great service and quick for a Sunday night...no waiting to be seated...

Got take out here and it was wonderful. Every detail of the order was made out perfectly. Food was fresh and tasted great. Graciously greeted and the server/hostess was really nice while I waited for my order. Thank you WhiteSpot Kelowna

Came here for an early breakfast. The service was great and our server was very friendly. The food was delicious and I'm glad they have shredded hash browns again. Restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean. over all a good experience.

Place was very busy when we arrived for lunch but we didn't need to wait long for a table. Our server Willow was friendly and attentive. The food arrived in good time and was warm and accurate.
Highly recommend for familys with kids.

I bused tables here as a kid, and now take my kids here. It’s our families favourites restaurants. I like how the interior hasn’t changed and feels homey. Red Robins used to be the same but their modern renovation has killed those vibes so we just come here now. Everywhere charges 15-19 for a meal but at least here you actually get great food.

I don’t often eat at White Spot, but went to this location with family and was so blown away by the exceptional service. Jamie was our waiter and was enthusiastic, kind, energetic, upbeat and professional. I could easily tell that he takes pride in his work and loves his job. All the other staff were also exceptional and very nice and attentive. I would come here again for that level of service and highly recommend this restaurant if you want to be treated like royalty. The food and atmosphere was awesome too!

Every White spot I've ever been to has always been such a great job on the food. This location has never disappointed on the quality of food. I ordered in food for my birthday from doordash,, and they put the rest of the restaurants to shame when ordering through door shash. Is there food always shows up hot and the consistency is on point! I left them a note asking to please not forget to pack the extra zoo dip I order though, because I've paid a few times for it and never get it. They went above and beyond and sent me like 7 zoo dips and also sent me cheesecake with Happy Birthday written on the container. It absolutely made my night and was so tasty. Thank you guys again for going above and beyond and showing that you care about the food that you cook and your customers satisfaction!

Just had breakfast here and by this meal alone they get 5 stars. First, the restaurant is clean. You can usually tell by the smell if a restaurant is clean. Second, the people are nice. And the Cheese Steak Hash was a amazing. Way too much food to finish.

Average meal, good service. The burgers were good but nothing special. Service seemed a little slow overall. We had an issue with the kid's meal, but they fixed it right away and took it off the bill so no complaints there.

Overpriced. A six dollar kids breakfast = two small pieces of French toast, juice and a blob of blueberries. That's it! My seven year old had to supplement from my meager breakfast to be satisfied. One kids meal and two adult meals cost just $10 less than it costs me to feed a family of seven comparable food at Ricky's. Bad coffee - poor service - totally unimpressed!

Hostess Clare should not be at the front. Rude, impatient, and not approachable. There was a man who clearly had a speaking disorder and she seemed annoyed by him as if he were wasting her time. So sad.

Great Place!. I am usually not a fan of chain restaurants of any kind, but this place is great. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are all awesome. If you're in the mood for some good food and don't want to break the bank, head to White Spot. <br/>Also, this is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever seen. It seems like every time I go there, the place is spotless.
