This is a nice little coffee shop to visit when you're in the Rutland area. The americanos are inexpensive. And the coffee is 100% organic certified. The staff are so friendly they'll wake you up as much as the coffee will!

Kootenay Coffee is my favourite coffee shop in Kelowna! It's almost half the price of Starbucks, their Americano is WAY better and they have 3 sugar free syrups to choose from. The baristas are friendly and make an effort to learn your drink. They also have a loyalty punch card for a free drink.

Nice to have a local business to support. Regular coffee could be much stronger, but the espresso was great. $2 for a coffee is super cheap. Everything here is priced aggressively and that's nice too.

The baristas are friendly, the coffee is great, and they also offer local bites which range from the delicious vegan cookies to the bacon breakfast wrap - tailoring themselves to all customers. This would have deserved 5 stars but the owner/manager is usually mad about something whenever he walks in, and it changes the vibe of the usually very pleasant coffee shop.

Kootenay Coffee has a "neighbourhood place" feel to it, and a great many regulars ... plus, the coffee is pretty good. They are mindful of McD's across the parking lot, so they keep a basic 12 oz. Cup at $1.50 for sale ... but also offer a full menu of flavoured/more fancy coffees and teas at more usual prices, enough to please all. They hang some local artists, and you can buy some delicious area honey there as well. A good place for a sit, and a couple of umbrella-d tables are outside in the warmer months. Early closings, tho, so a daytime venture only.

I love this place, it's my favourite coffee shop in town. All their coffee is organic, they support locals by having their art up for sale and they get snacks from local shops as well. Lots of vegan options, the best Americanos and such friendly staff!

Cute shop but does not offer dairy milk, which is really odd to not even have the option for dairy. The coffee itself was better than I expected so that’s nice.

They made me a London fog with eggnog and it was fantastic! Polite staff and great atmosphere, and the prices are very good. Hubby got a sausage roll and was really impressed with the size and flavor.

I had a great Vanilla Latte - probably one of the best I have had. Needed to do some work while I was in the area, on my laptop - Free Wifi and a great coffee, pleasant service, nice tables. I will stop there again. Christina

An okay coffee shop, as it goes. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Nice desserts! I enjoy my short time here, and its location in Kelowna is very convenient for most. I saw alot of students here, so I assume it's big with the local student population. Restaurants either side if you fancy a meal before and after. Located in a shopping outlet mall ( I don't know what these are called - I'm from the UK)
