Good cinnzeo. Staff were friendly and cinnamon roll was nice and soft with good amount of frosting. They have seating by the store which was nice and is not in the food court area so is kind of nice too as it is less busy. Good place for a quick snack to take a break from all the shopping.

Stopped Cinnzeo yesterday with husband and kids. Employee was amazing! We bought a 6 pack of cinnamon buns and were about to sit down and snack on them when he asked if we wanted them warmed up 😀 he warmed each bun up and served each of us individually on a plate. SUPER impressed!!!!
Just had a 4 pack of cinnamon buns from cinnzeo in kelowna mall. Cinnamon buns wee excellent. Customer service was also fantastic. Service was prompt, polite, and very friendly. I will definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends.

The products we purchased were still warm in the box, doesn't get much fresher than that. Not sure when the new owners took over but with the newly renovated store front and prompt, courteous staff this store seems to have risen to a new level.
Can't go wrong here if you want a great tasting cinnamon treat! One regular cinnamon bun will fill you up and may even be hard for some to finish!
