Review Beano's Coffee Parlor - Kelowna

Great place to grab a quick coffee, didn't try any of the pastries. Friendly bunch of Australian girls making the Joe station ☕☕

My boyfriend and I went here almost every day we were at big white to get coffee and chai tea latte and both were soo yummy. We also got a couple muffins the chocolates ones and they were perfect! A bit of a hard crust on the outside (little bit crunchy but not burnt) and soft and fluffy on the inside :)

Had an interesting experience here. On day 1, I ordered my coffee, gave a tip and it was made 3/5. Next day went back and ordered the same coffee, didn't tip and had a way better tasting coffee.

I've never had a better latte. And they are usually faster than you would expect.

Great place for a rest ,hire gear & buy lift tickets & book activities Especially like the hot chocolate & London Fog drink

Management was ridiculous. I had been sat for maybe half an hour with an overpriced, average tasting hot chocolate. When the manager/owner/who really knows he didn't introduce himself, approached me and in a condescending, overly aggressive and wholly unprofessional manner attempted to kick me out. He had decided I was unfit to stay because my purchase of a drink apparently didn't count me as a "paying customer" and I was being "unfair" by taking up room in a crowded lounge. This was incredibly shocking to me considering I had previously asked another worker at the lounge who consented to my presence, I had bought from his ridiculous cafe, my friends intended to buy drinks there too and if he had actually bothered to take his time instead of immediately judging me and my pre-made sandwich (god forbid), he would have seen that I had recognized the hustle of the room, seen the non communal sign, had given up 4 previous tables and then proceeded to give away my spare chairs and share my current table with 3 different families on separate occasions up until my friends would arrive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Just plain rude.

Convenient location, can be a struggle to find somewhere to sit in busy periods. Breakfast bagel is tasty as, do yourself a favour and try the 'heavenly hot chocolate' but don't waste your money on the coffee- terrible.

They have great coffee but need to improve on service times, when its busy they take too long. The breaky yogurt with granola are a horrible reproduction of the Starbucks version, please cease and desist!!

Mmm..... Great coffee and given the crowds at times, reasonably fast. The food is fairly ordinary and pedestrian but for specialty coffee it's your best bet on the hill.

Handy location and good coffee. Have had an espresso macchiato and a latte. Both were excellent. Tried soup and sandwich combo but not very impressed. Ok if in a hurry but not value for money in my opinion. That said as far as coffee goes id definitely recommend it.
