I tried the breakfast French toast with a hot chocolate and it was reeaallly good! The French toast were made to perfection, served with maple syrup. The hot chocolate unlike other places, was not overly sweet and full of fatty whipped cream. As for service, it was excellent as well. I also loved the cozy ambiance of the place.
However I take off 1 star and deliberated if I should take off 2, because of issues with cleanliness. While the tables seemed clean, the floor was very dirty, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness really needs some work!

I recently got my parents hooked on this place, they both said the chicken almond sandwich and the coronation sandwich were the best chicken sandwiches they have ever had in their lives. They also loved the sausage rolls. I always find myself craving these sandwiches but unfortunately for me I live in Toronto. I am looking forward to my next visit at Fezziwigs so I can enjoy another chicken almond and coronation sandwich!! :)

This is an amazing Cafe and so much more, huge selection of sandwiches, salads, soup and comfort food as well as delicious baked goods and coffees. All fresh and great sized portions. They're open early and will make sandwiches to go first thing to take to work for lunch. I've been going too often but it's irresistible. Thank you!

Service is variable, and the place quite spartan but it has the best breakfast in Kelowna imo. I've tried many!!

My wife and I used to go there about twice a week until we moved to Calgary two years ago. Food and service is good. Love their chicken almond sandwiches and all their pastries. Will go again when we visit Kelowna. We love this place,

A cute little bakery/cafe with delicious home-cooked food! I've had one of their sandwich platters before as well as had lunch at the Mission Park Mall location on several occasions. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere of the cafe is welcoming. I also love to take home a loaf of their trail mix bread when I can - it makes amazing sandwich bread but is also so good you'll just want to eat it as buttered toast (at least I did).

Lovely little place to have a soup and sandwich. Great leek and potato soup. Sandwiches are fresh, portions are good, prices reasonable.

I've been trying to get into this little cafe for a while now, unfortunately their hours aligned a little too closely with my work hours.
Having a day off and spending the time in here was more than worth it.
Good prices, a quaint atmosphere, and simple enjoyable eats!

Kinda disappointed was wanting their Delicious Yummy Roast Beef Sandwiches and Again its marked sold out so had the Lemon Chicken Sandwich which was Okay but Obviously not my first choice...Love their locations and their Delicious Baked Goods TOO! Don't want to Lose Yet Another Kelowna Business so I'll keep plugging if Fezziwig keeps Dancing! 🎶 😋 🥪 🍪

Best leek and potato soup I’ve ever had! Loved the sandwich too! Homemade chips were also a lovely addition.

Large selection of tasty baked goods for a cafe-oriented bakery. I came one day around half an hour prior to closing and was a little annoyed that the first words upon entering were: "we're closing soon, you know". I just wish the welcome was as warm as my bread pudding!

Fresh, local food. Quaint English tea shop atmosphere. Great place to meet friends for breakfast, coffee break or lunch. Closes at 3:30 so go early.
