Review Boston Pizza - Kelowna

This place is awesome. Food was great and the staff was fantastic. Our host Dominic was very nice and Mike was the best server I’ve ever had anywhere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I believe this is the first time I've dined in at a Boston Pizza. I'm very impressed by the quality of my experience at their downtown Kelowna location. The lady who served me was both kind and knowledgeable. I have dietary restrictions, and when I had questions regarding my order, she was kindly able to assist me. Her quality of service remained high throughout my visit. There are many menu options, including a customizable pasta dish. This had gluten-free options, as well as approximate amounts of calories and joules for each ingredient. This is very helpful to me, because of my disabilities, head injury, and dietary restrictions. I ordered a gluten-free pasta dish and a little sparkling wine. Both were high quality, and the pasta was a good-sized portion. An ingredient was The wine was surprisingly potent at 11%; despite the large meal I ate. As I began my meal, I noticed an ingredient I ordered was missing. After I had notified the lady who took my order, I was provided with it at no charge. I greatly appreciate that! I found the atmosphere very pleasing. It was like a classy sports bar, with black-and-white photos of Canadian history on some of the walls, and some hockey memorabilia safely on display. There were also TVs showcasing the above sport. If you're looking to enjoy a classier Canadian restaurant here, then I highly recommend it. This is the kind of place I'd love to dine at for special occasions. Sadly I live far away, and it's out of my price range for frequent dining; but I'll remember my experience here fondly.

Went there for late night eats. Great experience from start to finish. The kitchen cooked some amazing food and Brook our server was amazing!

Made an order for pick up, when I got home with it I noticed what I got wasn’t the right order. I called and spoke with the manager sandy she was very reasoning and nice. She offered to make us new food and even deliver it to us on the west side. Mistakes happen and I get that, it can always be fixed with great customer service. For that I think a 5 star review is deserving.

We were pleasantly surprised at our experience tonight for dinner. The wings were very meaty and the ribs were very tasty. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 kids.

Probably one of if not the best Boston Pizza server I've ever had. ________ This is just like any other Boston Pizza brand. When I traveled here with my girlfriend, it was fairly quiet. A non-nametagged gentleman hosted us to our seat. The service that night was very slow. At times drink refreshes were forgotten or not done, so we had to ask many times. The location itself was very clean and seemed well cared for. I'm a big BP fan, so I was very disappointed in the service quality.

Always fresh good food no matter whether it's lunch or dinner. Typically consisten good to great service.

Boston Pizza in 1989 -1990 was a rocking place. It was always packed. I'm not sure what's wrong with people today because Boston Pizza still rocks and yet it's dead. I stop in with my wife for a couple of wobbly pops and food. The food is still good and the staff are nice to chat with. I recommend Boston pizza 100%

Good food as always. Service was good too. I had the pizza flight which was awesome, you can pick three 6” pizzas. I had spicy perogy, great white north and the meateor. you also get three dips which were garlic, sriracha mayo and honey dill.

Good food, sports bar atmosphere, service was lacking though only saw our waitress 4 times in 2 hour dinner.

Sonja and Michael did a great job with our hockey team tonight. Highly recommend.
