Review Fatburger Kelowna - Kelowna

It was my first time here and I loved it! I was expecting it to be just another burger place but no! The burger I had was super delicious and it was huge! Their portions were huge in general! The burger patty was quite juicy tho it may need some more seasoning. The fries are fresh and crispy. I liked their onion rings as well even tho they are not the best. The prices may seem bit higher but it is definitely worth it consider the portions and the taste. I will definitely come back!

This place might be the best burger in Kelowna for the price. It's Red Robin quality but less money. I got the quarter pound bacon cheese meal for 11 bucks. You can add onion rings to your burger for free. You should because it's amazing. I upgraded to nacho fries. I was surprised at the huge quantity of toppings and the heap of guac and sour cream that came with. Best nacho fries of my life. This meal left me stuffed and I'm a big eater.

Went to Fatburger for the first time today for lunch. I ordered the chicken strips tossed in Asian sesame sauce with sweet potato fries. These chicken strips are insanely good and absolutely massive compared to the tenders from most other places. Portion size for the sweet potatoes fries was quite generous as well and the chipotle dipping sauce was very smoky and spicy sooo good!! Picture attached of what was left after I ate my fill and it's basically a whole second meal leftover. Prices are a bit high but the generous portion sizes make it 100%worth it. Friendly staff and good service highly recommend 👌 the location in kelowna is also so cool and has a bunch of booth seats and kind of a retro vibe.

I had been told by several people that a burger lover such as me might really enjoy fat burger. They were right. I did. The half pound single patty burger was delicious and the fries have a light double batter that makes them stand out. I'll visit again.

Great first experience at Fatburger today! I was greeted warmly when I entered the door, given prompt service, and the food didn’t take very long to arrive at my table. The food looked and tasted great! In addition, the manager, Jeff, personally visited my table to see how my food was. I will be coming back!

First visit was less than desirable, but figured it was just an off day. Second round I got delivery & wasn't disappointed. Went with the Double Fat Cheese - that's a big burger, too much food for me but amazing every bite. No relish & use the wrapper to keep it together while eating, gets pretty messy otherwise. The Hawaiian Cheese is great too, comparable to, if not slightly better than the RR Bonzai Burger.

In Kelowna your can't get a better classic fresh ingredient burger! Also amazing chicken strips and real ice cream milk shakes. Service also great.

Just ordered from Uber eats. Great burgers, good fries. Would have been a 5 star if they didn't forget my gravy

Fatburger is my standard for a good fresh burger at a reasonable price. The burger patty is hot and tasty, the veg is cold and crisp and the bun is the right size. The staff at the Kelowna location are always friendly and efficient.

The burger is a fantastic meal, more than enough. I will come back again

Hi, 2 days ago I went to FatBurger located in the Capri Centre, 1101 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6E8 at 12:40pm. It was my first and last time eating at one of your establishment. I received the worst customer service ever. I went to the cash to order a burger. As I was paying for my meal, I noticed that the cashier was staring at the pin pad. (Very Unprofessional) As the payment was processing the cashier yelled : "BAD TIP" in front of the entire restaurant. That being said, no one is ever obligated to leave a tip. Especially when they are not even serving me at a table. Even though I had to go to the counter, order my own food, pour my own drink, find my own seat, I still left X amount of tip out of the kindness. The unprofessional and poor customer service did not end there. The kitchen staff replied to the cashier : "THANK YOU" after she yelled : "BAD TIP". How would that make you feel from a consumer point of view ? For all I know, that may be the code spitting on my food, dropping my patty on the ground intentionally or giving me bad products because I apparently gave a bad tip when I wasn't obligated to give one at the first place. I feel furious and mostly insulted by the way your company has treated me I should not feel that way after leaving a place that is supposed the cater to customer service. I’m unsure what the employee's names are. But clearly the staff in the location are an insult to your company's reputation and they need to be retrained and taught some respect.

These negative comments don't make any sense to me... I have been to this location perhaps ten times over a couple years... Consistant... Great burgers! It's not grease people.. It's just a juicy burger... And they don't say bad tip, they say fat tip (when you tip).. I need to clear this up as that is unfair criticism... These people are fun.. The place has a cool vibe it it... I would change nothing.

This is the best Fatburger in Western Canada as far as I'm concerned. Prince Albert, Sk would be 2nd place. Been to Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Saskatoon and Edmonton. None of those compare to this location.

Bought a meal to go and when I got home and cut the burger in half, the inside was completely pink. Milkshake, fries, and service was good but I paid $17 to not eat a burger.

Awesome food...great every time! The service is always great too!
