Just a reliable, consistent and much-needed, high-quality Chinese restaurant in the Okanagan. They're good at everything; I've never had a meal that I wouldn't order again. I drive across town to pick up orders there. I would do that for very few establishments. It's a gem.

Here is a jem of a Chinese food restaurant. Really good. Only take out here. You can call ahead for pickup or order there and wait to take out. Lots on the menu. Good choices. I usually order the dinner for 1. Chow mein, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Located on Gordon drive. Just before mission creek bridge, in a little strip mall. Close to the Canada Post store. My favorite Chinese food take out.

After trying several Chinese Food take-out places in Kelowna, we were not sure if we would ever find one with good food...then we found J-Wok Express! We have enjoyed take out from them several times now and have recommended them to friends who also have liked their food. They have great menu selections and the staff is very courteous. Our order is always ready at the requested time and nicely packaged so it is easy to take home in the car. Keep up the good work J-Wok!

J-Wok is our favorite place for non traditional Chinese food. We have never had a bad experience and even the leftovers taste great.
Their food is flavorful and has a great texture and they're fast.
The only draw back is that they're closed on Sunday's, which can be annoying as we usually forget. They're take out or delivery only, which might be an issue for some, but for us it's perfect.
I would definitely recommend this place, it's my favorite over all the other Chinese restaurants I've tried in town.

I’ve raved about how good this place is in multiple reviews on a couple sites, but they deserve more! They always remember me like family and treat me like it. The deluxe combo is my go-to meal when I’m craving Chinese food. Most of you won’t be able to eat it all in one sitting, so bring an appetite! I will drive all the way across town for it, just to say hello to them. It’s my first choice, every time. You won’t be disappointed if you make yours too!

Amazing food, reasonably priced, and phenomenal service! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating to dietary needs. They also accommodate our desire to use less styrofoam food packaging and pack our food in reusable containers upon request. J-Wok is our go-to place for a delicious dinner - Singapore Rice Noodles and House Chow Mein are our favourites (and we've never been let down!).

Really good, not so greasy like other north-American Chinese food take-out. Ginger beef was amazing. Only bad thing was the dumpling sauce, it tasted like straight balsamic vinegar. Everything else was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

This site is the worst! Just wrote an entire review and asked me to sign in and I did and then my draft vanished! All I did was click on Facebook box! Anyways, J Wok cares zero if you have a bad experience as I wrote in by reg mail cause they do not have a website for a strange reason. Sauces put in my bag were placed on the bottom and not on top and I did not even ask for sauce and made a big mess in my car! How about...ask if one wants sauce first off or have half a wit to place on top of a container??? And...why not respond!!! In the least!

I ordered from J-Wok Express on their take out menu tonight. The first item under "vegetable" is J-Wok Special Chop Suey, which I ordered along with a couple other items. When my husband arrived home, we discovered the chop suey had shrimp, squid and smelled horribly of seafood, which we do not eat. I phoned to find out what had happened. I was told not only did they Special chop suey have seafood, it also had pork and other meat. "But it's in the vegetable section" I replied. I was told that was my problem. That was the way they do things and nobody else had a problem with it. I'm totally baffled as to how something listed under "Vegetables" is filled with meat and seafood. Should it not be under seafood. I was a regular customer but I will never go back to this place. I would rate it as zero but there is no zero option on the ratings.

Fast, friendly service. Well balanced lunch options (lots of combo options.) Lots of vegetables in the various dishes. My recommendations are: lemon or almond chicken (both are amazing), beef and broccoli and the special fried rice is amazing!

Recently visiting my daughter in Kelowna. We were hungry for Chinese take-out. She had previously enjoyed a meal from J-Wok so suggested we order from there. The food was very fresh and tasty; the amounts were generous. I would like to try more dishes from their menu!

Great Chinese food. Large portions and very good. I recommend this place for anyone south of casorso. The Chinese chicken balls were medium sized and had lots of sauce.

Fantastic. We had heard positive reviews about J-Wok, and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did!<br/><br/>We had Special Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, and BBQ Pork Chop Suey. All were terrific: The first Chow mein wasn't at all greasy with great flavour and the BBQ Pork Chop Suey was full of a variety of vegetables (not just the usual), lots of pork, and again great flavour. The highlight was the Kung Pao Chicken which had a very light/thin batter and were good sized pieced of chicken plus, the dish had a very good amount of spice - it actually had spice but shouldn't be enough to scare most away.<br/><br/>Hats off to you J-Wok for an excellent meal. Great Flavour... Great Prices!. I love that everything you order has a different flavor (Without loads of grease)... Most of the time there is only one flavor to all the different items. The food here you can actually distinguish between the different items and the spring rolls are awesome... This is my Number one spot for now! Try it out, you will be back.

Great little hole in the wall. Just kidding..... actually it is in the far corner beside the post office. Its fresh and tasty. The only other Chinese I will eat in kelowna is Jimmy Ho and J-Wok is definitely providing some competition. Ginger beef is equally as good here!

Luv this place. Sweet and Sour soup is the best! Love that they don't smother everything with sugary sauces and most of their containers are recycable. Awesome to have such great food, great service in the Mission. This place has the recipe for success. We do take out once a week and never tire of the delicious food

Awesome chinese food. Hard to say anything that others haven't said already in the reviews - this is simply the best chinese food you'll find in Kelowna. The ginger beef is tender and delicious, not tough and chewy like most places. Portion sizes are (as usual with this type of cuisine) very generous. I have family that drives down from North Glenmore because it's that good. :)

Absolutely the VERY BEST !!!. We have been waiting for a great Chinese restaurant like this since we moved here 17 years ago and now we finally have one. J-Wok has to be tried and you WILL return for more. Fresh ingredients, creative menu selections and just all round good food. We have told all our friends about it and everyone comes back with positive reviews!!

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, great food!. Had my first JWok experience last night, and it was awesome! I didn't even know this place was there until I walked up to it. It's a take out place, but there are a few seats inside where you can eat or wait for your food. Prices are good, food was excellent, the staff were super friendly, and it was nice and clean inside. Will recommend to my family and friends. Can't wait to go back!
