As a vegan with allergies to gluten and soy this place is heaven!! We had the monster burger and the buffalo wrap and both were amazing, the fries were so good too and the veggie/cauliflower wings were the best I’ve had. They make everything from scratch too, will definitely be back! So grateful they decided to expand the veggie options

EK's Grill, where do I even begin... My boyfriend & I were invited to taste test EK's upcoming 3-course vegan Valentine's Day menu! Words cannot adequately describe how amazing it was! From the service, to the presentation, to the flavours. 10/10! Nick & I both agreed that this was one of (if not THE) best vegan meal we've ever had. The crazy part to us is, Bill (the incredible chef) isn't vegan himself & he only started tossing around the idea of vegan food around a month ago! WHAT!? But with his existing knowledge of cooking & his passionate creativity, he's made some incredible things happen. One of which being his famous EK's Cauliflower Wings, which paired SO perfectly with his Fire Roasted Tomato Basil soup � A++ Bill's care for his guests is so evident, he goes above & beyond with each person that comes through his doors. One thing I really appreciated was his desire to understand vegan cuisine & his excitement to create dishes that any vegan or non-vegan would love! Both of our main courses were knock-outs! The portobello steak w/ mushroom rice, avo, squash, roasted beets & a slue of other flavours & sauces was absolutely unreal! The tofu steak with mashed potatoes & gravy was a definite feel-good meal that surpassed any of our expectations. If I could eat that everyday, I would!! So, you know the centre of a cinnamon bun? The best part, that's just amazing ooey gooey goodness. EK's chef refers to those as the "cinnamon bun hearts" & that's exactly what we got for desert! Three vegan decedent, sweet, cinnamon circles straight from heaven! Thank you again Bill for having us & being such an incredible host! Thank you so much for offering such incredible cruelty-free, vegan & GF options! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic vegan / vegetarian menu. The “honey”garlic veggie wings were amazing. Got to talk to the chef and found out they make almost everything in house. They are super great with being accompanying vegans and gluten free. Made In house vegan ranch dip, honey garlic sauce )made with pineapple instead of honey), crispy veggie (cauliflower) wings. Had something for everyone. Will be back for sure!

I had the monster burger :) It was great! I am not use to having so much choice when I go to restaurants. Usually there is one vegan thing on a menu and I have to get that. It's so nice to have choice. I really appreciate how inclusive you guys are.

Had a great vegan meal at EK tonight. Lots of vegan options and the cook/owner came out of the kitchen to ask how we liked the meal and discussed plant based options. Our new go to restaurant in Kelowna.

Too many good things to say!!! Bill (owner/chef) is innovative, willing to experiment, amazing with flavour combos and his vegan selection is top notch! That wing sauce is dynamite and I am obsessed with the cauliflower wings!! Will be back many more times with many more friends and family as I get them to try the vegan burger patty - they won't believe it's not beef and I can't wait to see what they think. ���

AMAZING VEGAN OPTIONS. My fiancé and I took-out for date night as we are hermits. Cauliflower wings....unreal. We tried salt and pepper. Any of his “honey” sauces he sweetens with pineapple juice! What?! So awesome. I had the “Big Lebowski” which is thick pasta with marinated mushrooms and what tasted like a variation of pesto sauce?! My fiancé got a vegan CHEESE burger with fries. They use the brand of fries we used to use at Naked Cafe when we first opened... they are the bomb. The owner is so sweet he texted me a picture of the vegan menu after I called, and followed up this morning to see how we liked our food. So sweet. 10/10 would recommend.

We just had THE BEST time at EKs Grill in Glenmore! First of all, Thursday is Mexican night and the kids and I filled up on tacos, fries and ice cream at the most reasonable price I've seen in kelowna. Secondly... not sure there's anything more epic than looking up from your meal to see a scuba man in an aquarium, tickling a fish's tummy. Such a perfect place to take your family- I highly recommend!

We try to come for dinner every Thursday for the Mexican menu. It is so good and extremely well priced. We visit every Saturday for their breakfast and coffee :)

Love the food there i almost always order the steak and goat cheese salad. The bread it comes with is AMAZING . I recomend the bacon avacado dressing as the menu suggests . Delish

Cool place! luv the giant aquarium. There is vegan and vegetarian options on menu, definately a nice variety to order from. Portions are generious, home made jam. Service was great. A good place for a family or group to hang out. A hidden gem for sure.

Breakfast here was really good. We got our food really quickly. Service was good too. Our waitress checked in with us many times to make sure we had everything and to make sure everything was good.

The food is fantastic and they also have a really cool aquarium with lots pf tropical fish. A ton of vegan options and a huge vegan donut. Our server was fantastic as well! Food did not take very long either.

Amazing Eats! Found this place on Happy Cow and gave it a try. Glad we did. Had dinner and came back for breakfast the next day. Tons of excellent Vegan options which was awesome for us. The other food coming out the kitchen looked really good too. We had the Vegan burgers and they were the best I have ever had!! We got a chance to meet Bill the Chef and owner and chat with him. Really great guy who loves what he does. All the food is hand prepared and the quality was definitely on our plate! Thanks for the great food Bill, this is our new favorite place in Kelowna to eat!! PS we bought our local friends gift certificates to try this place out :)

Great restaurant! Excellent service and delicious food. Extensive vegan selection and my meat-eating husband loves that side of the menu. Almost everything is made from scratch in-house. The Kicked-Up Donut is a must-have!

Very friendly staff, food was good but didn't look the best on the plate. Had the ogopogo breakfast. Although tasty, wasn't quite as nice looking as I expected. Home made jams are wonderful. Price was quite reasonable, looks like a great and affordable place for seniors. Atmosphere is a bit dark, music was a bit dated, fishtank was pretty sweet- haven't seen that in a while! Next time I'll sit on the patio, it looked bright and inviting. Took COVID-19 precautions seriously and was well organized to keep everyone safe. Will be back!

A quaint little place with an awesome fish tank. The food was delicious and the chef was the best!! Our son was treated so kindly by the owner and the staff. Our food came out in 15 mins - tops. Nothing but good from our first visit. We can't wait to go back to try this amazing looking layered nachos!

Always a wonderful experience eating at this restaurant. Being a vegan and having so many amazing options is a dream come true. The owner is very friendly and passionate about veganism and the food is some of the greatest I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.

Great place for breakfast! Patio out back is perfect w/flowers and umbrellas for shade. Our waitress was fantastic - congrats on your 1st shift, and first customers (us!). Will definitely be back!

EK's menu offers a wide range of typically Western style items. The menu today is much improved over it's original menu a couple of years ago, now offering both full size and senior size portions at a reduced price. We love that. My favorite is their steak and goat cheese salad. However they do it, the steak slices atop the salad are very lean, very tender and very tasty. I should also mention their seasoned French fries. In my opinion, these are the some of the best fries I have ever tasted. Congrats EK's. They offer nightly specials, like 1/2 price burgers on Thursday's, fish and chips on Fridays and an awesome steak sandwich on Saturday's. At, least these are the ones I have tried and would recommend these to anyone. Those are my thoughts.

Amazing vegan food and very friendly staff!! The owner came out and made sure we were having a good experience and gave some samples of new food items. It really makes a difference when the owner/chef cares about the customers and not just following trends.

amazing food with tons of food on each plate, all 6 of us had to take a to go container! amazing servers! and a huge gluten free selection! also amazing with kids with colouring pages and an aquarium for entertainment!! will definitely come back if ever in kelowna again!!!

I never knew about this place. I was just going to one of the offices next door and saw a giant fish tank through the window. That's a pretty cool feature! Food was a bit average, but certainly not bad. I guess slightly on the high side for price vs quality. I would go back just for the fish tank! Service was as expected. Selection seem good but the menu was a little difficult to understand, with some items not available on certain days.

Bill is a fantastic and amazing chef, their extensive and elaborate vegan menu is to die for. They have more options than many other places in town, and they have quite the attraction of an aquarium. 11/10 will continue to eat there constantly!
