Best sesame chicken ever! We've been following this chef around Kelowna for years. So glad to have them so close by at Capri :)
I cannot say enough about how impressed about this place I am. I never have high expectations of food court Chinese but there was meat in the ginger beef - not mostly breading, veggies were not over cooked and the food was not overly greasy.
Beyond coming for great food, my friend and I had a feel good experience as well. The staff were friendly to us, but we also witnessed during a rush them take the time to carry the tray for an elderly patron and ask how they would like their coffee and not just bring the creamer and sugar, but also prepare the cup for them! Love this! ❤️
This is our favourite place for Chinese in town. Yes, it’s food court style but you can also order takeout ahead of time. We find that the meat dishes have so much more flavour compared to other places we’ve eaten at in Kelowna (especially the sesame chicken). The service is always great and everyone working is very friendly. It’s reasonably priced for what you get too. Keep in mind that prices have gone up everywhere. It’s closed Sundays and not open as late as other places but well worth it!
Wow! I can not tell you how incredible this was. The service was great and as my friend and I sat to eat our food we watched one of the women behind the counter take time to carry a tray for an elderly gentleman, add the cream and sugar to his coffee so he didn't have to get up and do it himself.
The food was delicious, hot and fresh! The meat actually had meat in it, not just bread and sauce. The veggies were not over cooked. There was good sized and lots of pieces of vegetables in the chow mein.
I am impressed and will recommend this place to anyone.
This is a total Hidden Gem. It looks like just a little hole in the wall restaurant in and out of the way Mall. But they have some of the best sesame chicken in town if not the best. Yum Yum tree is one of my favorite places to treat myself. Good people and great food
The food is excellent and always fresh.
The service is friendly, efficient and fast so if you're in a hurry and there's a line, no problem it's not a long wait.
Prices are great. Portions are great.
Pick and choose your items so not stuck with a preset combo.
Atmosphere is OK. Although it's the only food place, it's like a food court.
Area is kept clean

There are a few places that are known as "the best" for Chinese in Kelowna but this place is my fav. 14 bucks for a loaded 4 item combo and I've never once been disappointed and I've been coming here for like ten years.
We don't buy our Chinese food anywhere else! Such a popular, busy place that everything is super fresh...every time! Great friendly family business in the Capri mall concourse....if you haven't tried it yet you should! Smaller cafeteria style area to eat in but takeout is quick & easy.
❤️ this place! Food is hot, fresh, fast and tasty!! No MSG. The families that run it are wonderful people that go above and beyond with service. Great value for the $$.

I really like YumYum Tree. The family that owns it is just wonderful, and they have been doing it there for I think 26 years now. With that said they probably know what they are doing, they are very friendly and the food is amazing, the BBQ chicken is mouth watering, a must have.
I’ve been coming here for years and the food is always so good, I’ve never had a bad experience , the price is also fantastic, a 4 item combo is like $12, you can definitely have dinner/lunch on a budget + I love supporting a local family, thank you yum yum tree for always providing awesome food

Picked up 2, 4 choice combos tonight. Everything was delicious, vegies were not overcooked and great flavour.
