I cannot say enough about how impressed about this place I am. I never have high expectations of food court Chinese but there was meat in the ginger beef - not mostly breading, veggies were not over cooked and the food was not overly greasy.

This is our favourite place for Chinese in town. Yes, it’s food court style but you can also order takeout ahead of time. Wow! I can not tell you how incredible this was. The service was great and as my friend and I sat to eat our food we watched one of the women behind the counter take time to carry a tray for an elderly gentleman, add the cream and sugar to his coffee so he didn't have to get up and do it himself.
This is a total Hidden Gem. It looks like just a little hole in the wall restaurant in and out of the way Mall. But they have some of the best sesame chicken in town if not the best. Yum Yum tree is one of my favorite places to treat myself. Good people and great food

There are a few places that are known as "the best" for Chinese in Kelowna but this place is my fav. 14 bucks for a loaded 4 item combo and I've never once been disappointed and I've been coming here for like ten years.
We don't buy our Chinese food anywhere else! Such a popular, busy place that everything is super fresh...every time! Great friendly family business in the Capri mall concourse....if you haven't tried it yet you should! Smaller cafeteria style area to eat in but takeout is quick & easy.

I really like YumYum Tree. The family that owns it is just wonderful, and they have been doing it there for I think 26 years now. With that said they probably know what they are doing, they are very friendly and the food is amazing, the BBQ chicken is mouth watering, a must have.
