Loved the new decor, place is clean and welcoming and the service was top tier. Seating really invites you to take a load off: read a book or work on your computer. Can definitely see this being a new spot!

Went the day they reopened after renovations. It is SOO much nicer inside. Also, the new management/owners were in & personally serving customers & they were the nicest ever. The other staff they hired were so nice as well. I had the BEST iced matcha latte of my whole life, & I drink matcha lattes everyday. They use Pacific Foods soy milks which is my favourite soy milk it is so creamy & organic soy ingredients. I was so pleased ◡̈

This place is my favorite for a quick coffee and to relax. I love the snacks and their “Samosas” are delicious. Staff is friendly and well dressed, and can be trusted for drink recommendations. They are just awesome. Must Visit place for coffee lovers and Exotic drink.

No surprises here. Everything you'd expect from a franchise coffee shop. But the staff and especially the owner has always been polite. And best of all you can actually grab a quick coffee or tea to go. A simple task the other 2 neighborhood coffee shops seem incapable of mastering.

Brought back to the fold. Blenz downtown used to be my go-to coffee house until a number of absolutely horrible Americanos over a number of weeks turned me off. Last night we found ourselves looking for a coffee to cart along to the fireworks and popped in to this location. First of all it was a clean and well laid-out shop and secondly, Alicia, made me a damn good Americano. Thanks.

Bad idea. I have made the mistake of going to this Blenz location multiple times. They are rude, impolite and slow. Actually slow is an understatement. You are lucky if they make your coffee in order of who arrived first. I've been forgotten about multiple times and all around disappointed by the manager and his unprofessional behavior.
