Awesome place! They have great music playing creating a cool ambience while you eat. They were so accommodating to us with our five kids even made French toast for our oldest without it being on the menu. Great food and prices! We will for sure be back!

Got ketchup? Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Ordered food, waited for an hour only to send it back for slightly less poorly cooked food. Go to Tonic pub with great waitresses, drinks and food

Customer service was great, our server was attentive. 5 stars for that! The food was not so stellar. We stopped in for breakfast and the bacon tasted off, the eggs were poorly prepared. I'd be willing to give it a second shot for dinner though as the service was friendly and quick.

Skip this place. We were looking for a dog friendly patio and saw Grateful Fed on a few lists online. The wait staff was friendly. But after we ordered, never came back to check on us. We had to go ask for the bill inside. The burger was $16.75 and had a frozen patty, I would have paid more for a freshly made burger. There was something floating in my water, a piece of plastic or something. We saw a group of three get up and leave for some reason. And another couple found something in their salad and had to ask for a fresh one. Skip this place.

Honest effort was made but fell short of expectations. To start, the staff was very friendly & seemed happy to be at work. Now for the dining experience. The ice was/seemed old & once melted caused the water to taste & smell poor. The whip creme was off tasting & the food quality was sub-par for the regular restaurant pricing. Some menu options were not available to do "unavailable" ingredients. Perhaps they were having an off day, but for a Sunday morning you'd think they would be better prepared. We may try again another day, but will keep an eye on subsquent reviews.

This place used to be my favourite breakfast place in Kelowna, large portions and decent quality for the price. I always had a good experience. However I decided to come have breakfast while I was in town and am beyond disappointed with the state it’s in now. Besides the fact that all of the awesome artwork and posters have been taken down and the music they were playing was irritating and off brand, our service left a horrible taste in my mouth. My friend’s cup of coffee arrived with lipstick stains all over it. Our server didn’t check on us the whole time we ate and it took us a long time to get her attention. She was eating food in plain sight which is very unprofessional, during the time we were waiting for our bill. The food was great as always, but my experience left a lot to be desired.

I'm floored at how this place has such good reviews. Ordered a smoked salmon Benny and the eggs were rock hard. The eggs had such a perfectly round shape it made me wonder if they used a microwavable mould or something similar. The salmon legit looked like it came out of a can. Wouldn't have paid $6 for it, let alone $16.
Service was slow and the table beside us had to get up and grab their own cutlery.

Sign at the front of the patio says "please wait to be seated." No one came out to seat us, we had to go in and ask to be seated. This probably should have been our first clue to go elsewhere. We were told the kitchen was super backed up and food would take about 45 minutes to come, we said that was fine. We were pleasantly surprised when food came sooner and that was probably the only good thing about the experience. Food was subpar, service was terrible. We spoke to our server three times; to ask for water, to place our orders, and when she dropped off our food. She didn't quality check, didn't come clear up our dishes or pack our food for about half an hour after we were done, and we had to wait a while for our bill and then she didn't bring the machine so we could pay. Definitely would not recommend this place.
