QB Gelato, is a food lovers dream! From that first moment when I walked through the doors at QB, I was completely smitten! The decor is top notch, and the shop is amazingly clean! That’s not the best part though ... the gelato is out of this world! The flavours, and the ultra creaminess is so incredible. The moment that gelato hits your tongue, you are in paradise! As a foodie, I really appreciate that these men use the finest local ingredients to create their gelato. You can truly taste the love, in every single bite. Hand crafted is a rarity these days, that’s what makes this gelato such a special treat. If you get the chance, check out a behind the scenes class. Very fun, and informative night all about gelato! Plus you get to take home a 1/2 litre of gelato, and who doesn’t love that! These men are very knowledgeable about great food, and their passion shines! Stopped in to grab some quick gelato and the gentleman serving us had incredible customer service skills. Unprompted he created a little tasting session for us and showed us all the flavours we haven’t tried yet. Beautiful little shop. Would definitely recommend!
There are no words for how good their gelato is!! They also have the most ridiculously delicious granola. And vegan options!! And don't even get me started on their homemade peanut butter!!!!

This gelato is the best I have ever experienced! The salted caramel... OMG. Holy Cacao... how is there no dairy in this??? We traveled from Calgary to taste this gelato and we are already planning our next trip. It’s that good. The peanut butter is fantastic too. Thank you QB! We’ll be back.
Wow- best gelato 🍧 have had in my life! I have died and gone to heaven! The staff let us try as many flavours as we wanted, and they were all so good, it was hard deciding what kind to order. I wish I lived here, so that I could have it more often!
Vegan options that aren't just the typical top-sweet fruit flavours?! Um, you had me at chocolate! This place is super cute and has great dairy-free/vegan flavours. We'll be going back every time we visit Kelowna!

I LOVE this place! It’s nothing like Kelowna has seen! When you walk through the door, you’re greeted by a gorgeous, clean, modern aesthetic, and very shortly after, by a smiling face happily offering samples of every delicious flavour of gelato and sorbetto expertly crafted using quality—and when possible—local ingredients. It’s immediately apparent that Kevin and Victor take great pride in their craft and place equal importance on customer experience. Besides the delicious cold treats, they also have a state-of-the-art Italian espresso machine to make equally beautiful coffee or, even better, affogato. Yum!!

Came here for gelato with some of my family. So friendly and knowledgeable. And so kind. The gelato was amazing. Can hardly wait to bring more of my family here and try new flavors.
We had fantastic coffee drinks, two different pizza slices (squash & Italian sausage) then gelato for dessert (pistachio, chocolate sorbet, sage&burnt butter). Everything was delicious! Flavorful, fresh…QB is the real deal. We’ll be back again soon (maybe tomorrow!)
Very good gelato. Since I liked both flavours that the owner let me sample, I bought both. The burnt milk gelato, and blueberry lavender gelato tested exactly as advertised. The owner is very passionate about his business and the place is clean.
Victor and Kevin (and company) outdid themselves with an outstanding five-course meal wonderfully paired with unique gelato blends and the #theviewwinery wines. These two continue to impress with with their warm hospitality, clean, modern space, gorgeous flavours, and drive to provide more than *just* delicious and innovative gelatos and sorbets made with love using locally sourced ingredients. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend going in to taste their gelatos and sorbets. My all-time favourite standby: Holy Cacao sorbet.
This is by far the best Gelato place in my opinion. Best pistachio gelato I've ever had, and I frequent places all over western Canada. They put lots of thought into this place and the flavours. Everything is done with a passion and it shows in the product. I tried the Affogato (espresso over top of Gelato) with a bit of reluctance, and to my surprise it was actually incredible haha. Can't reccomend the place enough, staff is beyond patient and went above and beyond to explain each of the flavours. To me that counts as much as the quality of the product.

You know from other reviews that this is the best gelato in Kelowna - but another reason to come here is that the staff actually care. I eat out a lot, like a dozen times a week. I can’t remember the last time someone came out to the outdoor seating to check to see how your take away was. Seriously, we order from the friendly and informative staff member behind the counter, pay, get our huge cones and sit outside. A few minutes later the same staff member comes outside and goes by each table of people to ask them how they are liking the ice cream. Mind blowing. Such a simple step but this is one small example of a business culture that separates a store from a brand. Hats off to QB for either instituting this OR else for hiring someone who cares and shows it. Her attitude alone would bring us back — but really let’s get back to the gelato…. The mint chocolate chip is made with fresh mint grown locally. None of this fake bright green food coloring. It’s my favorite thus far. Will be coming back until we’ve tried every flavor!
Absolutely fabulous dinner! The choice of dishes and the inventive creations of pairing traditional ingredients with gelato was astounding and unique on every level. Can't wait for the next one!
LOVED the pistachio gelato! Was the right amount of salty and sweet and tastes exactly like a fresh pistachio! The sour cherry was also amazing and the blueberry lavender was a perfect compliment. My recommendation: go hungry or go with friends to try more than one flavour!!

QB Gelato is one of Kelowna's best kept secrets.
First: The Gelato.
This is the best gelato you can find in BC. Period. They have a wide variety of ever changing flavours, from sweet to savoury, and it's all made in house from scratch. Being from Montreal, where you can find gelato on every corner, I can confidently say that this is the best gelato I've ever had.
Second: Classes & Events.
We attended a 'Behind the Scenes' class where we learned the history and science behind making gelato from scratch. We sampled raw ingredients, learned the history of Gelato, and drank lots of wine. I highly recommend their classes for date night, or as a team building exercise after work!
Third: The Owners.
Victor and Kevin are just as much of the experience as the gelato itself. They are incredibly kind, funny and knowledgable. They put a lot of care into their craft, and it really shows. These two entrepreneurs will charm your socks off.
Do yourself a favour and stop in. You won't be disappointed.
AMAZING gelato. AMAZING. That is actually an avocado (the real skin) except with their “avocado” and “holly cacao” sorbet. Everything is hand crafted in their kitchen and they source local too! This place is seriously a hidden gem. Also met the owner, Kevin, who was super friendly 😊
