Absolutely fantastic service from friendly staff (our server was amazing). Neat decor, a little bit on the loud side but to be expected on a busy Friday night. Food took a while, but again, busy Friday night. Food itself was absolutely delicious, from starters to mains to dessert, with very agreeable prices. Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience at Milestones! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout our visit. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Calamari, which was simply the best I've ever had. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I can't wait to go back!

I need to share a story here about how amazing our service was here. After driving all day on boxing day, and a stint on the road of being stuck in Golden with the road closed for 3 hours, we finally got to Kelowna. We were visiting my wife's mom in the hospital, and we only got a little bit of time because we were here so late. Anyway, after checking in to the hotel, we needed something to eat, but with it being just after 9pm on boxing day, we didn't have high hopes. We walked over to Milestones hoping they were open and they were! But only till 10. But our server Cymarah ensured us that it was no big deal and helped us out. Cymarah gave us one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. She made us feel comfortable, not rushed, had excellent suggestions for food and beverages. Shs spoke to us like we were friends shared some funny stories and commiserated with our troubles, but also knew when to keep her distance because we were having difficult, private conversations or tears. The food was absolutely awesome, it would be nice to have a couple of local craft beer selections on tap, but that wasn't a big deal. Absolutely incredible experience. We'll 100% be back.

From the front door, to service to presentation of food all staff were of the highest quality. We ordered 1 order of shrimp scampi thinking it would be on one plate for us to divide on 2. When it arrived already on 2 plates with the presentation being better than imagined it told me the cooks were on the ball and cared about the quality and presentation of each meal. Way to go staff at Milestone. You hit the mark on all aspects of a dining experience. We will be back.

We landed in Kelowna and went to this restaurant for an early lunch. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. our server was very friendly knowledgeable. Our food and drinks were served in a timely manner. Our salads were delicious and the wine cold. Would go back.

Update: went to this location recently and we had a spot on the patio. The misters were going which is normally nice but when we got there, the table was soaked and the chairs were wet. I asked our hostess if we could get a paper towel or something to dry the chairs and table. She said she’ll get something right away which was not the case. Then I asked our waitress to grab us some paper towel. After standing for ten mins, the staff came out and dried off our chairs. It was super annoying standing there for so long. Other than that, food was super good and would still come back. We normally have good service at this location Old Review: Been here for a couple work dinners and family events, great food and service. Love their Bellini Bowl and burgers.

It's a very good place and the atmosphere is great!

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and sat at the bar. Bartender (Chase) was fabulous! He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic too! I had the tuna sushi bowl; quality was excellent and the portion was very generous. Venue is decorated nicely, is clean, and has a good overall atmosphere. I’m in Kelowna for work and this was a really lovely place to spend a bit of time on a hot day.

While the presentation of food was great, it was extremely cold in the restaurant. Meal was very good with generous portions. Overall we would come back again (with sweaters lol). Generally judge my meal with the temp of my red wine. It was perfect. Key lime desert was amazing

Bonnie is amazing. I have been comming to this location for over 3 years and have never received this level of customer service. Bonnie truly cares about the guests satisfaction and making sure everyone leaves happy. The bartenders are great people who connect and engage with you on a personable level. Amazing experience overall and thank you Bonnie for the excellent service.

Our server Mandy was superb and went above and beyond to make our lunch experience at Milestones awesome. Thanks Mandy! The crispy tempura cauliflower was out of this world!

Big thanks to the manager Bonnie, our server Justin and the rest of the Milestones staff who treated our entire fire crew like royalty. It really made us feel good after some tough days on the fire line...the food was fantastic and very much worth the value. 10/10 would eat here again.

My husband and I stop in almost every time we’re coming through Kelowna, the food is consistent and fast so we always know what to expect. Yesterday we brought our kids and we all wanted to try something new… Our server was so excited by this and gave us a walk through of all of her favourites from the menu. She was very personable and asked all of the right questions, I had the salmon and my husband had the caprese sandwich.. they were absolutely delicious and we both will be ordering again!! I think our servers name was Katelyn, she’s very tall with blonde hair and was the absolute sweetest. The manager Bonnie even came by to introduce herself and check in on our meals…above and beyond service and we will tell everyone we know! This kind of welcoming and friendly environment is hard to come by now adays..

Beyond impressed with the food and service at this location! I rarely write reviews, but the young fellow working in the bar (I forgot his name, think it started with a J) definitely deserves recognition. Quick efficient & very friendly service & completely understands what hospitality means! Lettuce wraps are delicious too 😋

CNIB staff had dinner at Milestones this past Wednesday evening. The food&service was great! This was my second time and I definitely plan to go back. Yes it will be Ginger Glazed Salmon again!

I’ve been here a few times now and honestly it gets worse and worse. <br/><br/>We had reservations for 8 and were seated promptly but without kids’ menus for our 3 kids. Our server took over 10 minutes to greet us. When my sister-in-law commented that we had been here a while she apologized and mentioned that the sections got mixed up and she didn’t know this table was hers. It didn’t bother me because she was very sweet. We were ready to order so we did right away and she promised us waters immediately.<br/><br/>It another untimely wait for our water and an even longer wait for our adult beverages. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited for our dinners. There was a Cantina event going on and we ordered 3 fish tacos, 2 kids’ meals, a spinach & artichoke dip (complimentary with a BCAA card), a spicy chicken noodle dish and the portobello mushroom.<br/><br/>About 30 minutes pass by and our server passes our table while bussing some dishes from another table and tells us our food is coming right up and she can see it in the pass through. We were seated right in front and in plain sight of the open kitchen so we could see everything happening at the back of house.<br/><br/>The kitchen staff looked extremely disorganized and confused and the management and food runners seemed to be frustrated. We could see what we thought was our food coming up but the dishes were taken away and not delivered to our table.<br/><br/>A manager came by and apologized for the wait and we asked if she could at least bring the kids’ meals out first and the spin dip and she promised to get it out to us right away. This did not happen. 45 minutes after ordering our food started arriving but in waves.<br/><br/>The noodles, chicken, 1 kid meal and one order of tacos came first. We saw that some of our food had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time and our plates are too hot to touch. Then a couple minutes another taco order and a kid’s meal. Then minutes later a spin dip. Then a good ten minutes after the first meals came out our last taco order came.<br/><br/>We did not say anything even though we were halfway through our meal by the time our last person started eating. I did however have to ask about my daughter’s chicken strips when the delivered our food because they were so small she was so hungry and disappointed. I took a picture of it because the chicken strip was the size of a small prawn and we’ve ordered it tons of times.<br/><br/>I asked our server if she could see if we could get a couple more strips and if they changed suppliers because the strips were tiny! She offered more fries which my daughter didn’t want so she said she would look into the strips and another server helping her deliver the food assured us that they would make us new ones because that it has happened to her before.<br/><br/>We are almost finished eating when she returned to do a quality check and we ask if more strips were coming. She told us that that was the size and that’s all we get! I have a soft spot for restaurants and servers because I spent my university years serving and know how busy and tough work it is but I was at the end of my patience. I asked her why she wouldn’t tell us this sooner so we could perhaps order something else for my daughter and she told me that she didn’t know we wanted more. She offered us free dessert which we didn’t want and declined so I ask her to if she could just bring a couple of strips or just take the strips off the bill. She again says she can only offer us free dessert which I again tell her we don’t want and ask to speak to a manager. She says she’ll let her know and then goes to the other end of the table to my mother in law and her bf to tell her that she’s offering us free dessert even after we told her no twice! So I’m fuming at this point!<br/><br/>The manager returns to us and I explain the situation to her about the strips and she tells me that they can make us a new batch no problem. I told her that our server said it wasn’t an option and the manager was confused and said that she would be happy to. At that point we had been there so long and just wanted to leave, and didn’t want to wait for who knows how much longer for the remake.<br/><br/>The manager sees that we get our desserts with the kids’ meals and we order two complimentary desserts. They took an unreasonable time to come-the kids’ desserts are prepackaged ice cream sandwiches they have already in the freezer so no prep is required🤦🏻‍♀️<br/><br/>We get the bill and they forget to comp our free bcaa appy so we wait again for that.<br/><br/>It is so disappointing because our local milestones back home in the lower mainland is always great! In addition to the gong show, we saw a female staff member bawling on two occasions while speaking to management through the open kitchen. I just can’t with this milestones. The hefty prices don’t reflect on the subpar food and slow, inconsistent service, and miscommunication. I won’t be returning to this location.

Today ( Easter weekend) we went in for Breakfest, the menu had changed, we understand that happens at all chains, the food we had ordered was sub par. The hash browns have been now substituted for some D grade I hop quality potatoes. I had the beef hash Breakfest that was entirely over sauced. The coffee was over bitter and totally off. It would have been great if we could have had the opportunity to say something but the server didn't come by to check on us or even get us a refill on our coffee. When she had finally come by we asked for the bill assuming we wouldn't see her for another 15 min, and yup 15 min later our bill was in hand, only to wait another 5 for the POS payment machine to meet us at the table. This went from my favourite place to go for a drink and Breakfest to a never again spot.

Pricey for sure.... but I must say the place is elegant clean and staff very professional. Best bellini in town I added one ounce of vanilla vodka! Food very fresh and good portions. Great experience!

Over priced over rated. I guess everyone gets sucked in just by name alone.<br/>We went out for a family dinner and two out of 7 of our meals were screwed up.<br/>The $16 chopped salad was a mess!! Missing several ingredients listed on the menu, and had added things that weren't actually supposed to be in it!! Then the waitress actually argued with me and I had the menu in my hand reading it!! The lettuce was cheap old colorless iceberg..., No prime rib in the restaurant at all.. I asked for soy sauce for my rice and got sesame oil dressing :/ the desserts werent anything to write home about either. I could make a better key lime pie out of the box! The cheese cake was flavorless and goopy/sticky. Overall not such a great experience.

Pretty much yhe same as the other milestone ones. Portion seemed bigger than the Vancouver milestone. Busy on a friday night and service was still very good.

Worst dining experience I've had in my life.. I arrived with my family on a Saturday night at 830. Restaurant did not look overly busy, two "hostesses" to decide if we could get a table. Third host(?) sat us in a dirty booth with ripped bench, did not know what the specials were. Our waitress came with menus and we asked for water which came promptly, however took her forever to take our order and I noticed she even took the order of a table behind us (seated after us) first. Over half an hour for food, not sure if the kitchen staff was new or short but appeared to have 6 cooks. Very little ambiance, noisy no music dark and boring. Finally brought our food, but mixed up my order. Kids fish was over cooked and my husbands pasta sparse. They apologized my order was wrong and tried to chastise me with a simple green salad, then another waitress with some personality came also to apologize and advised there would be a reduction on the bill. Miraculously they were able to cook a salmon filet in 5 minutes. It was completely tasteless, plain white rice and a few pieces of pineapple and peppers on top. I had to use salt and my son's tartar sauce for it to be palatable. I have dined at various Milestones in Calgary, Vancouver, and the experience has been good. We generally don't eat at a chain in Kelowna as prefer vineyard or one of a kind restaurants, and going forward that's what we will do again. I will never eat here again!

Excellent strip loin steak. Prompt and frequent service. Will definitely return. One of the better food and dining experiences in Kelowna.

Can't say I like or dislike. Food is ok. Quite pricy for what it is. Service was ok.

Service was decent. The dining room was fully booked, so we sat in the lounge instead. Our server was attentive, and when a mistake was made w my meal, he was very apologetic and quick to correct it. Our appy was great (chorizo mozzerella fritters) but the entrees were just so so (not worth the $28&$26 we paid for each of them). The atmosphere in this place is nice- they just need to kick up the food quality and inspiration a notch or two.

Only been here a couple of times but had decent food each time. Messed up my recent order but they were quick to fix me up.

Poor service, poor waiters. Average food: wilted lettuce in Caesar salad, waited way to long for food. Server: not sure where his attention was, us or the other table he kept looking at while we talked to him. He never showed up again until we asked for the bill. Our food was served intermittently by 2other staff. We had to wave them down for water refills, condiments, or a question. Way better options in Kelowna for service & quality food. Kids meals were sparse and paltry too.<br/>Not going anytime soon.

Poor service, blah food. Whenever we visit Kelowna, my mother insists on coming to Milestones because she loves their Asian Chicken Bites. Unfortunately, we have never had good service or food here. <br/><br/>Today was no exception. Our waitress took our order, brought our drinks then vanished. The Brie and pesto flatbread I ordered was limp and thrown onto the plate then obviously spent some time under the heat lamps where it fused greasily together. It was brought to us by another server as ours was still MIA. Then a different hostess brought one drink refill-only one, apparently the rest of us don't get refills on the pop - and it was the wrong drink to boot. I would have asked for the proper drink but by the time our waitress reappeared all I wanted was to get out if there. <br/><br/>I left hungry, broke and thirsty. There's a Triple O's across the street. Next time I'll insist we skip Milestones.

Two hours for what should have been 45 minutes. Not impressed whatsoever with the service. I am not sure if our server had tables in three different areas of the restaurant or if she was merely inattentive but we waited at least 10 minutes any time we asked for another drink, our waters AND drinks sat empty for more than 10 minutes before a server (not ours) noticed and advised our server. I ordered the Tuna Tataki salad and the tuna was completely overcooked and fishy smelling/tasting so after the first bite, I sent it back with the server who offered a different salad. I went with the grilled chicken salad because it could be made quickly since my 4 other dinner companions were already into their meals. The second salad was more palatable, all was fine. We received the bill and paid it before realizing I had been charged for the poor excuse for the Tuna Tataki salad. Unreal. I will never return, neither will the other 4 people I was with. I am shocked that what was meant to be a quick dinner turned into almost 2 hours of painfully slow service and being charged for awful food that wasn't eaten.

Terrible service. I had 6 different servers in the whole 30 minutes I was there! I ordered the steak salad (medium rare) which took forever. by the time I got<br/>It the steak was well done. Sent it back. Came back to me shortly after looking EXACTLY the same, I ate it anyway and sure enough the steak was chewy,<br/>dry and very 'off' tasting. My water glass was empty except for when our first server poured it. Prices are ridiculous for the food you get as well as the potion size. I will never eat in this parking lot dive again and will never recommend it.

Great Atmosphere, uninspired food. Walking into Milestones in the evening is a treat; the lighting is soft and the decor is interesting. The service was passable as well. The food, however, is uninspired. I have been to Milestones in other towns and have enjoyed the food greatly, but at the this one, I was very disappointed. I tried a variety of appetizers with my friends and won't bore you with all the details here, but the yam fries, in particular, earned my contempt; they were overcooked to the point of being dry and chewy. If you want to have a good experience at Milestones, stop in at the one in Kamloops; the decor is less fancy, but in the evening one gets an amazing view of the city lights, at lunch the patio is a cool place to be, and the food is always great.

I have never been disappointed here. The food and service is great!!! I recommend the shrimp scampi entree and garlic bread for an appy. They also have amazing bellinis!

I had the Kung pao and it was so tasteless. She said it was going to be spicy, but it was very bland... Soy sauce and sesame oil. The service was okay, but you can tell they aren't all genuine, they're just working for their tips. Save money and go to a local place with unique food!

Great experience. I've been to Milestone's quite a few times and have yet to be greatly disappointed. The menu is quite diverse so if you are meeting up with someone they have a lot of choice (gluten free, vegetarian, meat, burgers, pasta, etc). The service has always been great and I love the atmosphere. The price is a little steeper than your average chain so I usually only go on special occasions where I meet up with a friend. The food might take a while but it's usually very good.

Extremely slow service. When the burgers did arrive, they were dry and very plain. When we said something to the manager on duty he went and told our server and the bartenders on duty: we never saw our server again after that. Don't recommend the burgers and extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Good food and service. As we expect from this division of Cara Foods, we received great service and good food. We both had the lunch sized Grilled Chicken Pesto Fettuccine, and neith of us could finish all the pasta. Delicioso!<br/>We were seated promptly by the Assistant General Manager, who took our order for drinks. We had attentive and friendly service from Kelly, our server, and a pleasant, leisurely meal. The only unfortunate thing was the screaming young boy at the adjacent table, but I was able to "mute" my hearing aids, which did help!.<br/>Highly recommend!

Another consistent restaurant. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Always ask the servers recommend their favorite. Have yet to be disappointed.

On Fridays, try to get there early. I just moved to Kelowna a few months ago and I'm still trying out new places. Back in November I talked my husband into stopping at Milestones on our way back from Vernon. I knew he'd worked there for a few months (as a dishwasher while attending CATO) and just wanted to see what it was like. Of course I had to ask on a Friday which is the busiest night in restaurants. The hostesses were nice handing out water, mixed drinks (I had to pass because I'm nursing) and appetizers to people who were waiting to be seated. When we were seated the waitress was nice enough to keep bringing crackers for our 8 month old to chew on. She even appologized when the entree I ordered was too spicey and I had to order a different one. All and all it was a pleasant experiance. Now if only the only changing table wasn't in the handicap washroom

Don't understand the negativity, very pleased. My fiancee went last week for the Wednesday date night - for anyone who's not familiar with it, you get a starter to share, an entree each, and a dessert to share, for $50. Of course, the entree portion sizes were smaller than normal size, but it was still more than enough. My fiancee's medium rare steak was cooked to perfection, and I was overall very pleased with the service and food quality. My only complaint is that the food was a little bit slow, even though it wasn't very busy.

Breakfast & drinks. Delicious breakfast options. Their drink selection is also noteworthy. Great for drinks after shopping or while you wait for your girlfriend to get her hair done. <br/>It is rare that I have received a bad meal. I notice that they are under a new floor manager who is extremely helpful. Our meal was taking longer than usual and we received a discount. <br/>My wine glass had lipstick stains on it so they gave me a glass for free. <br/>The dessert is delicious and one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had!

The food was very good. The service was not that great ... Very slow & the appetizers arrived after the entres ... Need i say more?

Love it!. Never had a bad experience here. Love all the dishes I have ordered, and not to mention the best white peach bellinis in town!

Can't say that I care for the decor (art deco meets cell block D) and the value for the dollar is not great. Service and wait times on meals seem to fluctuate. Seems they are hanging their hat on brand recognition and location. So many other interesting places to go instead.

In a word...boring. The atmosphere was nice, with fairly recently competed renovations, the menu was laking anything unique, quite over-priced, and I found the dish I ordered to be quite bland. Also, It took quite a lot of time for us (2 people) to be seated even though there were only a handful of people dining at the time. On the other hand the servers were very personable and polite.

Sea bass, meatloaf and Italian sausage ravioli. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We finished it off we the key lime pie and specialty coffees. All and all a very good evening.
