Pricey for sure.... but I must say the place is elegant clean and staff very professional. Best bellini in town I added one ounce of vanilla vodka! Food very fresh and good portions. Great experience!

Pretty much yhe same as the other milestone ones. Portion seemed bigger than the Vancouver milestone. Busy on a friday night and service was still very good.

Great experience. I've been to Milestone's quite a few times and have yet to be greatly disappointed. The menu is quite diverse so if you are meeting up with someone they have a lot of choice (gluten free, vegetarian, meat, burgers, pasta, etc). The service has always been great and I love the atmosphere. The price is a little steeper than your average chain so I usually only go on special occasions where I meet up with a friend. The food might take a while but it's usually very good.
Good food and service. As we expect from this division of Cara Foods, we received great service and good food. We both had the lunch sized Grilled Chicken Pesto Fettuccine, and neith of us could finish all the pasta. Delicioso!
We were seated promptly by the Assistant General Manager, who took our order for drinks. We had attentive and friendly service from Kelly, our server, and a pleasant, leisurely meal. The only unfortunate thing was the screaming young boy at the adjacent table, but I was able to "mute" my hearing aids, which did help!.

On Fridays, try to get there early. I just moved to Kelowna a few months ago and I'm still trying out new places. Back in November I talked my husband into stopping at Milestones on our way back from Vernon. I knew he'd worked there for a few months (as a dishwasher while attending CATO) and just wanted to see what it was like. Of course I had to ask on a Friday which is the busiest night in restaurants. The hostesses were nice handing out water, mixed drinks (I had to pass because I'm nursing) and appetizers to people who were waiting to be seated. When we were seated the waitress was nice enough to keep bringing crackers for our 8 month old to chew on. She even appologized when the entree I ordered was too spicey and I had to order a different one. All and all it was a pleasant experiance. Now if only the only changing table wasn't in the handicap washroom

Breakfast & drinks. Delicious breakfast options. Their drink selection is also noteworthy. Great for drinks after shopping or while you wait for your girlfriend to get her hair done.
It is rare that I have received a bad meal. I notice that they are under a new floor manager who is extremely helpful. Our meal was taking longer than usual and we received a discount.
My wine glass had lipstick stains on it so they gave me a glass for free.
The dessert is delicious and one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had!
Love it!. Never had a bad experience here. Love all the dishes I have ordered, and not to mention the best white peach bellinis in town!
Can't say that I care for the decor (art deco meets cell block D) and the value for the dollar is not great. Service and wait times on meals seem to fluctuate. Seems they are hanging their hat on brand recognition and location. So many other interesting places to go instead.
Sea bass, meatloaf and Italian sausage ravioli. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We finished it off we the key lime pie and specialty coffees. All and all a very good evening.
Not bad. I find the dinner menu is rather lacking. However, I've always enjoyed their breakfast and brunch offerings.

Absolutely fantastic service from friendly staff (our server was amazing). Neat decor, a little bit on the loud side but to be expected on a busy Friday night. Food took a while, but again, busy Friday night. Food itself was absolutely delicious, from starters to mains to dessert, with very agreeable prices. Will definitely be back!
I had a fantastic experience at Milestones! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout our visit. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Calamari, which was simply the best I've ever had. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I can't wait to go back!

I need to share a story here about how amazing our service was here. After driving all day on boxing day, and a stint on the road of being stuck in Golden with the road closed for 3 hours, we finally got to Kelowna. We were visiting my wife's mom in the hospital, and we only got a little bit of time because we were here so late.
Anyway, after checking in to the hotel, we needed something to eat, but with it being just after 9pm on boxing day, we didn't have high hopes.
We walked over to Milestones hoping they were open and they were! But only till 10. But our server Cymarah ensured us that it was no big deal and helped us out.
Cymarah gave us one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had.
She made us feel comfortable, not rushed, had excellent suggestions for food and beverages. Shs spoke to us like we were friends shared some funny stories and commiserated with our troubles, but also knew when to keep her distance because we were having difficult, private conversations or tears.
The food was absolutely awesome, it would be nice to have a couple of local craft beer selections on tap, but that wasn't a big deal.
Absolutely incredible experience. We'll 100% be back.
From the front door, to service to presentation of food all staff were of the highest quality. We ordered 1 order of shrimp scampi thinking it would be on one plate for us to divide on 2. When it arrived already on 2 plates with the presentation being better than imagined it told me the cooks were on the ball and cared about the quality and presentation of each meal. Way to go staff at Milestone. You hit the mark on all aspects of a dining experience. We will be back.
We landed in Kelowna and went to this restaurant for an early lunch. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. our server was very friendly knowledgeable. Our food and drinks were served in a timely manner. Our salads were delicious and the wine cold. Would go back.
Update: went to this location recently and we had a spot on the patio. The misters were going which is normally nice but when we got there, the table was soaked and the chairs were wet. I asked our hostess if we could get a paper towel or something to dry the chairs and table. She said she’ll get something right away which was not the case. Then I asked our waitress to grab us some paper towel. After standing for ten mins, the staff came out and dried off our chairs. It was super annoying standing there for so long. Other than that, food was super good and would still come back. We normally have good service at this location

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and sat at the bar. Bartender (Chase) was fabulous! He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic too! I had the tuna sushi bowl; quality was excellent and the portion was very generous. Venue is decorated nicely, is clean, and has a good overall atmosphere. I’m in Kelowna for work and this was a really lovely place to spend a bit of time on a hot day.
While the presentation of food was great, it was extremely cold in the restaurant. Meal was very good with generous portions. Overall we would come back again (with sweaters lol). Generally judge my meal with the temp of my red wine. It was perfect. Key lime desert was amazing
Bonnie is amazing. I have been comming to this location for over 3 years and have never received this level of customer service. Bonnie truly cares about the guests satisfaction and making sure everyone leaves happy. The bartenders are great people who connect and engage with you on a personable level. Amazing experience overall and thank you Bonnie for the excellent service.

Big thanks to the manager Bonnie, our server Justin and the rest of the Milestones staff who treated our entire fire crew like royalty. It really made us feel good after some tough days on the fire line...the food was fantastic and very much worth the value. 10/10 would eat here again.
My husband and I stop in almost every time we’re coming through Kelowna, the food is consistent and fast so we always know what to expect. Yesterday we brought our kids and we all wanted to try something new… Our server was so excited by this and gave us a walk through of all of her favourites from the menu. She was very personable and asked all of the right questions, I had the salmon and my husband had the caprese sandwich.. they were absolutely delicious and we both will be ordering again!! I think our servers name was Katelyn, she’s very tall with blonde hair and was the absolute sweetest. The manager Bonnie even came by to introduce herself and check in on our meals…above and beyond service and we will tell everyone we know!
This kind of welcoming and friendly environment is hard to come by now adays..
Beyond impressed with the food and service at this location! I rarely write reviews, but the young fellow working in the bar (I forgot his name, think it started with a J) definitely deserves recognition. Quick efficient & very friendly service & completely understands what hospitality means!
