Review Cactus Club Cafe - Kelowna

A delightful waterfront restaurant nestled along the promenade in the heart of downtown, boasting captivating views of the waterfront park. It's a perfect setting for a tranquil dinner followed by a lakeside stroll. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the cuisine is not only delectable but also served promptly. In sum, it's truly a marvelous dining experience.

We went to the Kelowna Yacht Club for a family dinner. Another 1st for us. This place is over the top. The staff were so friendly, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing! And... the views were second to none. A touch of class! Thank you for the outstanding experience.

Loved Cactus Club in Kelowna! We ordered the mini cheese burgers and chicken wings to start, and the Hunter and Creole Blackened chicken as our main entrees. The food was really great and the service was fantastic! Would highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a business casual / chill night out.

Great food and atmosphere! Service was slow. Best time to visit is happy hours, if you don’t want to hurt your wallet too much.

Nothing beats the great god that comes out of the cactus club. The moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess area. One thing that made me upset was we didn’t get a table asking the window side. They started it was for reservations only. Funny thing I made reservations for that evening but plans changed and we were earlier. They wouldn’t give us the open table that was there. Which in my opinion isn’t right. They should do everything they can to make the guests happy. Anyways John was our waiter and we was spectacular. Very attentive and super friendly. I drank the spicy 🌶 jalapeños margarita which was so yummy and delicious. And I upgraded to the Don Julio because you can never get really get a tequila that smoother. We’re stuck to the appetizers again only because we’re not big eaters unless we include our kid who wanted everything on the menu that started new. He had the chicken and pickles which didn’t disappoint. I’m certain there was enough pickles on there for the entire restaurant but he loved them and was a happy customer. I ordered spicy 🌶 wings which is always a great table pleaser s as everyone always has to have one. Hubby ordered his sushi rolls which are always on point. Our son moved into his second appy which was the guacamole 🥑 And chips which was really great just not liking the feta part of the dish. Then he moved in to the crab 🦀 cake which was in a green aioli An greens 🥬 which finally he wasn’t able to eat it all. Washed it down with their house lemonade and if we went. We love the cactus club and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and people watching in the boardwalk.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience this evening at Cactus Club. Service and the drinks were exceptional but the real shining star of the show was the Grilled Dijon Salmon. Best salmon you’ll have in Kelowna, recommending to all my friends.

Food and service is exceptional every time! My favorite go-to restaurant in all of Kelowna. Love the Raincoast Salad, the cod with mash or risotto and the chicken creole is a favorite. Of course, key lime pie is a must have! Also, Matt the Manager is the best!

We had a wonderful dining experience cocktails, where delicious food was spot on, and the service was top-notch, and just when you thought it could not get any better, there was the stunning views needless to say it was a great experience

My grilled Dijon salmon was amazing! River and Kieran provided such good service at the bar top as well. Love cactus club KYC!

Cactus Club always offer delicious quality food. From starters to entrees, and drinks. We had the Szechuan lettuce wraps and the shrimp roll. It is good for three people sharing already. Also, I highly recommend mezcal margarita 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 This resto have a good customer service as well. We had a really nice conversation with our server. He was really helpful. He told us about good winery spots in the area. Also, ambiance of the restaurant is very inviting, vibrant, and airy. 🫶🏻

I ordered truffle fries to start, green thai curry w/ prawns for my entrée and for dessert I had a lava cake. The food was fantastic!! Service was also on point—the waitress was very friendly and keen to accommodate any and all requests. Quick service as well for somewhere which is so busy all evening. The atmosphere harbours a good vibe and and view of the lake was awesome.

Good spot, great service. They do do have a few things that are unique and done exceptionally well. Definitely try the butternut squash ravioli with prawns, and don't miss the key lime pie because you're going to be a long way from here before you see another one. It's got good energy and a great upscale atmosphere. They had a little mix-up at the front when they're supposed to text you when your table is ready and I ended up standing out in the hot sun for 20 minutes longer than they needed to but I'm sure they'll fix that.

Pro. Service was really great. Food comes out quick. Great tasting. Con. On expensive side. But as long as food and service are good, it balances out

We were so well served starting with Matthew who made us feel like we were the only couple in a crowded restaurant. Our server also took such great care of us with great attention to every detail of our dinner.

Cactus club was amazing in food ,ambiance and service. Shayla our host was friendly and competent.We were not expecting such yummy offerings in Kelowna. My salmon was moist and tasted heavenly.We tried quite a few things on the menu and all were tasty.The view of the lake and surrounding mountains adds to the total package.I totally recommend this place.👍👍

The food and cocktails(esp. the sour whiskey ⭐️) are fantastic, the service is attentive, but the atmosphere and music on Friday night left me feeling overwhelmed and annoyed. I struggled to hear and talk to my friends. Unfortunately, this kind of loud and noisy environment seems to be an issue in many good places. I wish business owners understood how much it impacts the overall enjoyment of a memorable night and the taste of the food for customers. Will be back for sure on a less jammed night.

Went for drinks & dinner, the food was amazing and the service was great. Our server was very kind as well.
