One of the most amazing place and most amazing people you will find. We just loved the food it was delicious. We have some confusion with the food item they made a mistake and we were having our food normally without even noticing that something was wrong with our order 🥘but the waitress she was such a humble and honest person she noticed that and helped us with everything she could 🫶🏻 and apologised alot even when it wasn’t her mistake. Apart from all these the people are kind enough to attend you time to time for water or anything we need. Such an amazing place. Must visit if you are nearby they have super variety of vegetarian🥗 as well as non-vegetarian food. Enjoyyy !!!

Really nice people and delicious food! The place is also very neat and clean. I will definitely go again. 100000% recommend number 31 curry (not sure the name). It's the best curry I've ever tasted.

Guessing he's the owner, welcomed by a super friendly gentleman with excellent advice. The food was delicious. We took Autumn curry and special fried rice. The restaurant has great ambiance.

The ambient of the restaurant is very welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant is clean and bright. The service is top notch. The server was always there to help us decided on what to order and bring us whatever cutlery and drinks we needed. The dishes were very delicious and of good portion. One can tell that the dishes are authentic Thai foods and carefully prepared with love. The price of the dishes is very reasonable and of very good value. Highly recommended.

Nov 25th 2023 - Recently dined in and loved the new renovation/set up. Lovely decor and nice lighting. Not dark and gloomy like other places. Very comfy and spacious. The place looks classy and the owner is super friendly. Very accommodating. Food was great as usual and I feel the portioning has increased too, which is good. I highly recommend this place! Excellent food, good quality ingredients used and an authentic taste delivered! I ordered Green curry chicken, Coconut Milk Chicken Soup and Brown Rice. Happy to know that they have healthy options for rice. You could taste freshness in every bite. I love Thai food and have had it in places like Thailand and Malaysia and this 1 tasted no different, it was good and the owner was also very welcoming and friendly too. Do visit if you can! Update: Dined in - Apr 23, 2022 (Attached pics) Ordered Chicken Satay, Drunken Chicken, Brown Rice and Bangkok Coffee. Didn't like the satay but the chicken was good, slightly on the sweeter side but flavorful. Coffee was ok, nothing special. The glass was pretty small. Note: Restaurant is in renovation, only patio is open.

Very authentic Thai food, I ordered the Tom Yum soup, Shrimp abby as well as the Pad Thai. Everything tasted very good. The Pad Thai is the best, even compared to some local 'famous' Thai Restaurants in Vancouver, this one tastes the best! The owner is very nice and caring, which is why he has this business for so many years, would go back again if I go to Kelowna again!

Five stars all around. Fed 7 people huge meals and less that 150.00. The service was phenomenal. I don’t think we’ve ever gone to a restaurant where everybody was just through the moon with their meals. New favourite place for our whole family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down the Best Thai food and the BEST service you can get at any restaurant in town. The food is delicious and they have several Vegan options. The staff at this restaurant are so knowledgeable and were so on top of everything. We had such an awesome experience and left very satisfied. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be back soon!

Really great first experience. The place looks bright and clean, the server was personable and professional. The food was delicious! Dry rib appy was seasoned well and not super greasy. I had the yellow curry (35). It was well balanced and perfect with the coconut rice. I would definitely recommend it. And the Thai iced tea, that was really good too!

Impressive Thai food for good price. Our favorite was their pad Thai and their seasonal autumn curry. Both dishes had full flavours that just goes well together. I will definitely visit this restaurant when we come back to Kelowna.

Wow! What an incredible dining experience! Baitong is litterally setting the bar for customer service. This is hands down, the most friendly and accommodating restaurant I've ever been to. I have many dietary restrictions/ allergies that make it very difficult for me to dine out. I can't say enough about how wonderful the sfaff are. Great atmosphere and outstanding food- option B is THE best authentic Pad Thai I've had! Highly reccomend, we will be back!

Amazing customer service and food. We came half an hour before closing and atill got the best experience ever.

We ordered from the spring and summer menu. The portion for the Mango Salad is small. Spicy Basil Noodles from the summer menu is really good; there is a choice of chicken or tofu and I prefer to pay extra to have both. The condiments chills go really well with both dishes and have added extra kick to the dishes.

AMAZING! Thank you to the team for providing a 5* experience for my family. We are vegan and the staff were extremely accommodating… and the food was outstanding. The only other thing we would love to see on the menu is a vegan/veggie friendly hot appetizer! That being said, the salad rolls with peanut sauce were lovely. Thank you!

The food is always amazing! My other half is celiac and he has never had a problem eating off the gluten free menu he love the gluten free pad thai!! Highly recommend!! Had them cater for our small wedding, food was amazing! Very easily made gluten free for celiac and vegan for people with dietary needs. Food was more than enough and very reasonably priced! Service is excellent :)

Pad Thai is absolutely amazing, along with the green curry. Be prepared to wait. Also when it is busy also expect to sit around for your server to come around. It's worth the wait. Staff are very kind.

Horrible service! We ended up walking out because there was one waitress and not busy at all. We sat there for 20 minutes while the waitress dealt with a phone order.

Great attentive service. Full colour pictures of menu items. No need to feel intimidated by new ingredients, spices, and herbs. So many layers of flavours. So many dishes that I want to try. The Tom yum gai soup was perfect winter warm up, medium spicy hot. Will be back.
