Review Boston Pizza - Kanata

We visited this location last night with a big group and had a great experience! Our waiter was extremely attentious and friendly. Everything was well prepared. The servings are large.

I give 4 stars mostly for the service. It was awesome and I love the way they take care of the kids . The waitress was just awesome. We had chicken wings and they were not great. There was way too much sauce and the sauce itself wasn't great. But again, amazing service

I got a club house and it was nasty (dry chicken and no bacon on 1 side) but the desert (Chocolate explosion) is amazing

I have always love BP. But boy were we disappointed tonight. We ordered the Memphis burger with cactus cut potatoes. There was no sauce on the chicken. It was plain and just not good. What was even more terrible was that I ordered two pounds of FRIED wings, but definitely baked. Probably better for my waste line, but they weren't good whatsoever. They seemed smaller than normal and also lacked sauce. Just not good. We didn't finish them all. Delivery time was good and the delivery man was courteous. Unfortunately, I doubt we will return.

My wife and I love to go out and enjoy a nice meal, we have been to many places in Kanata but this Boston Pizza blew us away! It all started with the most amazing service from a gentleman named Mike. Thank you so much for the great night! We will be back for sure! Tyler and Michelle Moffat

I may have ordered poorly considering it's a pizza place, but the chicken burger I got was inedible (white meat was crunchy... Yikes) but the waiter was happy to bring a menu and have me pick something else. The wings I chose came quickly and were edible but nothing special.

The food here seems to get worse each time I go which is so unfortunate! Great place to go for a drink but their service & quality just isn’t how it used to be. :( Staff on St.Paddy’s night was really cold and didn’t make us feel the most welcome.

Good pizza but a bit on the small side. The menu is definitely smaller then it used to be. Lunch menu is now a different pizza every day for $12 there is no more pasta day and no choices like the old lunch menus. I hope their old menu comes back some day. Staff was not that attentive.. waitress asked if pizza was ok when we were on our last slice, salt, pepper, parmesan had to be asked for rather then being served with pizza like in the past, and we had to go find the waitress when we were ready to pay (after waiting 10 mins with nobody in sight).
