Review Domino's Pizza - Kanata

DISGUSTING! I am never going to order from the place EVER AGAIN. The pizza tasted dry and old and it was BURNT! It was cold! Usually when I open the box it is smoking hot but it did not! My daughter and my son almost threw up. My daughter has a headache and is not feeling too well. You should do better. You and your staff AND YOUR COMPANY!

Went for the special deal for customer appreciation day. Got a medium sized pepperoni pizza 4.99 and I bought 2 of them for $10.

So, we placed our order and upon arrival one of our pizzas was missing. I called and made them aware. My dear Logan save the day, kindly offering to not only remake our pizza, but he would also add two lava cakes, on them. The pizza arrived so quickly soon after, without the lava Cakes, I thought oh, he probably forgot and I didn't bother. I was happy to get my missing pizza. Minutes later, an other ring at the door bell a 3rd pizza with two lava cakes this time, as promised 😋🙌. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Logan. We need more customer service like 👍🏽yours. A bow to my delivery 🙌 gentleman as well.

Hi, this is the second time I have ordered from Dominoes. I thought i would give it a second chance. I'm unsure if the pizzas are supposed to look like this or not. They were both hard and burnt. They arrived early though. $35 down the drain.

The tomato sauce om the dough was too strong that I couldnt enjoy the other flavors. I went home removed the sauce, added cheese and reput it on oven so I dont throw it out. Ive been to other dominos, they were somehow better than this one.
