Ask them to grill your sandwich for extra time to make sure it’s actually hot/cooked properly. One sandwich was just warm and in the other, the meat was cold. The lettuce also wasn’t fresh.
Tried their falafel (veggi rok box). Not so bad but in to go food falafel should be mashed or cut it intonpieces so that its easy to eat while shopping😇
Good food, good service, great portion size. Love the shawarma poutine and they definitely dont cheap out on the toppings (especially the chicken and toum)
First time coming here and it will be my last! Told me I had to use all of the money on my gift certificate and then when I paid what wasn’t covered, refused to give me my change! It’s no wonder they have to give out gift certificates, the customer service is horrible. Food was just ok.
DO NOT EAT HERE. My fiancé ate here and got severely sick for days after eating here. I would give negative stars if I could. They clearly do not care about the quality of their food or the cleanliness of their restaurant.
Tried the beef wrap - it was good. Service was a little slow. They had a few people behind the counter but only one of them serving customers, appeared to be a little disorganized. Overall, it’s what you would expect from a fast food restaurant in a food court.
It’s the second time I eat here. The first one was amazing. Today was good but not as nice as the first time. Anyway, I'll come back.
I had chicken on Rox on last Saturday, I've been in my washroom for one day. Please if you care about cross contamination or hygiene not your cup of coffee buddy. Not even good for animals to eat, they will also end up having loose motion
