Review Pita Pit - Kanata

Food is good but I not fund of pita wraps. The employee was so trouble with costumer. Because they don't know how to make wrap perfectly . You guys never teach them to stream the wraps. You wraps size trouble.

Much less of a lineup than next door at Subway. The staff was friendly and helpful and I like how there's more filling and less bread.

Waiting for over 20mins to pickup order but the ladies who works were bit rude don’t seems like to attend uber orders and focus only on serving customers.. and going backroom for chit chat..i have been here for like 20 mins to and they just start making order after all these…. if you are a delivery guy avoid this place!!

Food was more than expected, staff went above and beyond and the place was very clean and professionally run.

Always fresh and great service! The kitchen and dinning areas were clean .

Usually a 5 star, however this experience was different. November 27, 6:30pm, we had picked up an online order, and the food was cold, which was ok, it was an online order afterall, and the food had obviously been sitting out ready to go for a bit. (We picked up food 2 minutes after it told us to). But what also sucked about this time is that we ordered 2 orders of chocolate chip cookies, and 2 orders of white chocolate macadamia. From my understanding, (also what the app said) 1 order of cookies gets 2 cookies. So instead of receiving our 8 cookies, we only received 4.

Always a good meal. Today the store was busy and had to wait to order. Rarely disappointed with the meal.

I don't write too many negative reviews but every time I see this mall I get shivers now lol. Ordered a pita about 2 weeks ago at the Eagleson location and was eating it in my car and got to the last few bites and a massive long hair was buried deep in the bottom, I found it with my mouth. I essentially flossed my front teeth with someone's hair. I still feel the feeling in my mouth just thinking about it. No more Pita Pit for me.
