Very delicious pastries and breads. Take it to go and eat it by the port.
Their bread is truly exceptional, and I’m a devoted home baker of whole-grain breads.
We’ve made detours now a couple of times on trips to the Gaspe Peninsula just to buy a loaf of their whole grain bread. I’m sure their white flour versions and pastries are wonderful, too.
I honestly wish that they have this boulangerie near my house. It has by far the best croissants and pastries. If you’re planning a gastronomic road trip in Quebec, here is another stop you won’t regret.
