We had a lovely experience. My son and I both got a scoop of ice cream and a neat colour changing spoon. The lady was at the front and ready to scoop. I feel like we had a great experience despite the many poor reviews.
Amazing selection. Very clean. Prices reflect this so make sure you know the cost per 100g and then stop worrying about that and go nuts! (Literally if thats what you want to do!) Really like this place. Like their flavors and toppings better than before when it was a Menchies. Seemed pretty busy, too, which is always a good sign. Nice place to bring the kiddos on a hot day.
I was really hoping to go today to get a final review in but unfortunately they were closed. The pricing seems a little steep for what you get but the variety of frozen yogurt flavours and toppings are impressive. The service is good and it’s always a yummy place for a treat. Will be back. First time trying Menchie's. Love the experiences .Enjoyed the self serve and creating my own personal flavors. Especially when the weather is hot Menchie's is the way to go!
I went to this place for the first time as I don't have one in the town I live. Excellent quality and service. The staff runs back and forth to assist customers as well as clean up at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back! :)
Kimberly was extremely friendly and helpful last friday, she was with me the entire time I was in the store, helping me pick my toppings and choose the right yogurt to match well with everything. I strongly recommend the Kamloops location and will be coming back!
We brought our kids into this Menchie's and had the best service ever. The girl was great!! So helpful and nice. Yogurt was great, candy was delish.
There’s one lady that works here (I didn’t get her name but she closed on Monday, December 20) who is hands down the most sweetest person I’ve met. Loved the service here, would definitely recommend and go back!
Delicious yogurt & awesome service from Saige. She explained how the yogurt machines worked & was so helpful in introducing the various flavors. Love the root beer & cheesecake yogurt flavors and the wide variety of toppings to choose from.
Very nice shop, is a good place to having a afternoon tea with friends.
