Review Boston Pizza - Kamloops

The service was quick and personable. Great location with very easy and accessible parking. The food was good, very large portion sizes. Reservation unneeded. Busy times there is a line up.

Our server was great and friendly. The wings my granddaughter ordered she said were delicious. My Thai chicken wrap was awesome. Can't wait to go back again

A very fantastic experience tonight. My partner and I found the food delicious, and much quicker than we expected. The highlight was the great service from out server, Amanda. She was quick, friendly and attentive. All around incentive gor us to want to return soon!

We arrived here at 8:33 on a Friday night after a tough day of motocross racing at the Western Canadian amateur nationals. We were advised that they stopped seating at 8:30. The hostess was nice enough to ask the manager to make an exception for 3 minutes. The manager declined. This is the exact opposite of customer service. I owned a bar in Puerto Vallarta and if my manager had done this he would be looking for another job !!!

There were six of us eating and the service was excellent and so was the food with one exception. I ordered the steak dinner. It was rare as I requested but it was so tough I couldn’t chew it nor could anyone else who tried

I have never written a review before but this experience with Boston pizza Was so horrible that I had to write a review it would get no stars but I had to put one we had chicken parmesan which was hard as a rock and cold and a hamburger which was absolutely disgusting That my husband couldn't eat it. I didn't eat the parmasean chicke either it went in the garbage. the spaghetti that came with the chicken parmesan I asked for Marinara sauce on it and their marinara sauce was just Crushed tomatoes disgusting we ordered French onion soup and it was so salty we couldn't eat it. so basically a $70 meal all went into the garbage do you not order from Boston pizza

I was there two weeks ago. I ended up getting a flat tire on my way there to pick up my food. To say the least the spare was rusted on...long story short it took me 2 hours..n Maddy was nice enough to comp my meal for me...it tasted delicious even though it was on a heat plate for that long..

Service was good they were severely understaffed but they staff they had did amazing. The food on the other hand was just okay there are too many other restaurants in the area that serve better food I won't be returning due to food quality.

Worst service we've ever had tonight. Our server took forever to take our drink order, delivering our drinks, taking our food order and then receiving our food. Our table got forgotten about once we got our food. Another waitress came over to clear our table. Took a long time to get desert as wrell. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get our bill and that was with us having to go up front and finally asking for it since our server ignored our table. Whereas the table behind us got great service because there were a few different waitresses constantly going to that table and even sitting down to chat/eat/check their phone. When the guys needed drinks/food/dip sauces they got them right away. We wanted a quick place to go eat not to be somewhere for close to 2 hours with bad service.

All i can say is wow. We ordered online for delivery to Brock. We ordered our food at 8:23 pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 9:00pm and it didnt get here until 9:20pm. My caesar salad did not have enough dressing (got 1 container of dressing but that is not enough for a full serve salad). Our bandera bread was cold. We are not happy at all with this. Waste of money.

Took my son there today for his birthday (he just turned 7) .. there was 9 of us. 5 that were children. We had the worst server!! We waited an hour for our food and then at that time she comes and tells us that she just put our order in. My kids were hungry and cranky by that time. Thank goodness McDonald's is next door. We won't be going back to that Boston pizza again!! Thanx for ruining my sons bday dinner!!

Worst service i’ve had in awhile. Shelby was our server. We waited 15+ minute’s for our drinks. Bringing us our pitcher, she tossed the glass across the table to me and walked away. She brought our appie and hovered it above our table getting upset that no one took it from her hands to put it on our table.

Normally its a great place..unforunatly all we seen was a male server wiping his nose with his sleeve and serve food without washing his hands..GROSS!!!..the same server was seen grabbing another servers butt and getting hugs..(the bartender)not real appropiate for a Restaurant......a mangaer should have seen it..everyone else did..even the other patrons were commenting...

I wasn't too happy with the service. I ordered a drink and decided I didn't want it but they refused to take it off my bill. I won't be going there again. My son ordered the kids menu and had mini burgers and he got barely handful of fries. I wasn't very happy with their service at all.

Cold fries, good burger and lasagna. Will go again and have sweet potato fries next time

Not impressed. First time here in awhile expecting a nice evening out. Ordered Loaded Nachos to share with my hubby. I have no idea how you can possibly ruin nachos. These were the absolute worst. Clumps of a spice mixture throughout, consisting of chili powder, lime, and cilantro.... supposed to have beef. . That was a joke. Couldnt find it. Not likely to return to this location. Any others we have been to have been great. Who cooks here? They need to get a different job.....how do you ruin nachos???

GREAT pizza but try their salmon also. Oh, and the ICE COLD BEER! Super friendly crew who make the experience the B E S T!��

My lasagna wasn’t very good it was like it was watered down, even my grand daughter did not Like hers just ate the top part. The last time I ordered there they lost my order! Strike two

I like Boston pizza. But they changed the chicken quesadilla. And it's literally disgusting. It tastes like really cheap pizza pockets that don't taste right. What happened to the fresh great stuff you used to make? Other than that you use too much spices in your seven cheese ravioli. Your lettuce is always ends. It's not great to eat. I like your desserts. Your gravy is horrible. I enjoy your soups a lot. Your pastas are normally thrown together and the sauces just are clumpy sometimes. Your drinks could be made better. Properly with the right glasses. ( customer for over 14 years )

Best veggie pizza in the town. Late evening cravings gets you here 😉.. boston pizza yummy pizza in the town.. went their couple of times with friends and you can never get over from boston pizza. Unique taste and best experience..

I dont usually write reviews but weve been waiting just about 2 hours for our food. We phone about half hour ago and the driver supposedly just left. We dont live too far away so it should have been here by now. And my guess is when the food gets here the hot stuff will be cold and my salad will be warm. I was never too impressed from eating in there but thought i would give it another shot and order food. Never again

Wtf?. We've been long-standing customers of this boston pizza. We order from them frequently, and always enjoy our meals. Unfortunately after tonight I will not be giving this store our business again.<br/>We placed an order online, and received a phone call shortly after stating it would take about an hour to deliver. We were fine with that.<br/>About an hour and a half later we decided to call back to check, and were told by the hostess our order was cancelled and we were then transferred to a manager. We were then blatantly lied to BY THE MANAGER regarding our order. They regurgitated our order, address, and phone number and stated we had called back to cancel our order stating we had a "family emergency".<br/>They refused to believe that perhaps there was an error on their end, and stated they could get us our order in an hour and a half with no compensation. So 3 hours later.. No thank you. <br/>I can ensure you that no one called them to cancel. They were entiry frustrating and did not deal with the situation very well.

You can't go wrong with BP !. I have always been a Boston Pizza fan, and this one did not disappoint ! Great staff, food was hot, fast and tasty. Great place to bring the family !

I got take out. they said 45 minutes took 60mins, I wouldn't have had a problem with that but when I paid it was 41.39 & Ionly had $20 so gave them $60. By tthis time I was so hungry I didn't notice that they only gave me $5 back... When ur 15mins late ur freaking not entitled to a darn tip! The food was cold too...

Spectacular!. Took my girlfriend out for pizza and it was delicious!The staff was super friendly.Will be eating here again

I do not often comment on chain restaurants, however, my service was phenomenal today! The server was bang on, no dead times and even quality controlled my food!!! Great!

Disappointed. I was very disappointed with this Boston Pizza - and I usually love going here whichever City I am in. First, our Thai Chicken Bites took 30 minutes to come out and they were...COLD! We ordered a new batch....they were....LUKEWARM! Gross. Moving on. Dinner arrives at the same time as the lukewarm chicken. My pasta was swimming in a sauce that tasted like red onion. Why? Because the red onions were raw and uncooked. Who would put large, raw and uncooked red onion chunks in pasta? It was just a bad experience all around with slow service and bad food.

The adult pasta dishes were quite tasty but overall, nothing to get too excited about. Our 2 year old Toddler finished all her Bugs n’ Cheese so she must have liked it a lot. One complaint - the accompanying french fries were cold!!
