Great food. Excellent service too. I didn't finish my salad because it had bacon and I don't eat bacon. The super sweet server asked me if there was anything wrong with the salad. I explained to her that I don't eat bacon. She told me she was going to get another one for me and that it was no problem at all. The restaurant was super busy at the time and at the moment I thought of how hard it has to be to be a server and try to get all the orders right eventhough it was my fault for not mentioning the fact that I don't eat bacon. Service like this is what makes you come back to a restaurant. The steak sandwich was awesome too.I will definitely be going back to this restaurant. To the girl with the green eyes sorry I didn't get your name to post it in this review but keep up the awesome work.
Great job! Last minute reservation for 14, no problem. All the food came out great and in excellent time. Again, no problem. And everyone ordered something different. I'm sure that couldn't have been easy. Well done. Appreciate it!
We had 3 staff parties held at the Columbia Square BP, and all of them were fantastic! They had a separate area for us, and we had a buffet style dinner. We had salad, pasta, garlic bread and pizza... all of it was fantastic! Everything was ready on time, the food was hot and the service was excellent. The manager Janelle was great to work with leading up to the event, and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend here for a large group event!
I've been to this location several times and always had a positive experience with the food, staff, and beer.
The location is always neat, clean, and well kept, just like a restaurant should be.
If you've been to a Boston Pizza before, this location is more of the same. If I'm visiting a Boston Pizza, I'm expecting it to be the same as my last experience, where ever it was. No surprises or craziness.
The restaurant is larger than it looks from the outside with many types of seating options.
As a family we've never failed to get a booth (our preference).
I've been here twice with large groups and the seating arrangement was perfect both times. We were able to have pleasant conversations without loud booming music. Our group was near the back of the restaurant so we weren't bothering other patrons.
Very happy with my service. I came in with a large group, and they had the table set up ahead of time, were very accommodating, and food and drinks all came out quickly. The server was friendly, and efficient.
I don't mind buying Pizza from Boston Pizza it's not my eat in place. I find it's a bit expensive and more than once I've had to complain about the food. I'm not much of a guy for bad reviews so in retrospect it's a good place to go and drink some beer and hang out with your friends.
Don't forget if you drinking too much don't drink and drive, stay alive.
