Review Original Joe's - Kamloops

The restaurant had a great service and amazing customer service. Every customer comes in attended accordingly. Chad was a great water who can manage interacting and follow every customer he renders services .. amazing place to dine in either small or big meals. Very spacious and clean area.

Should be called Unoriginal Joe's. I took my two kids out for a late lunch here. Nice layout, nice and spacious, upscale restaurant perfect for 20s - 50's crowd. The menu appeals to pretty much everyone. Lots of choices. From Asian-inspired cuisine to good old fish n chips....or even kid friendly chicken strips. Ok service. Delicious slightly dirty Caesars and standard pricing. One problem is the portion sizes. We got 15 tasteless fries... Not even salted. And after inquiring if that was normal, the server graciously brought out another plate of fries for us. The burger was small and nothing special. A&W is more impressive honestly. My fish tacos were alright but again... Not a lot of flavor. My daughter had chicken tenders and they were again... Devoid of flavor. If you want drinks and appies this is a good place for it. For a great dinner I wouldn't bother. Nothing Original about this food or venue.

Ordered our favourite for pick up tonight! I completely understand when restaurants are having a busy night, no worries at all, but I was waiting for my food for a good 20ish minutes and by the time I got home (I live under 10mins away) it was cold and the meat was dry when I went to eat it! Not worth the money tonight :(

Great service, good food. The atmosphere was inviting and not overly loud. I was with a party of 7 and we could hear each other over the music and other customers. Ample parking and typical prices for this type of restaurant.

PROS: • Friendly and efficient waitress • Nice location with view over Kelowna • My soup was complimentary as the kitchen screwed up my calamari order. CONS: • Acoustics are terrible, it is very loud in the restaurant OVERAL IMPRESSION It’s a nice restaurant if you don’t mind the noise level. Some sound baffles would help. A large patio is available as well.

Absolutely horrible. What a disappointment. Ordered the Dynamite Tempura Shrimp, Dragon Boat Lettuce Wraps, A.C.E Burger and Beef Dip. The food took forever to arrive, was cold and had a hair in my girlfriend's Dynamite Tempura . When politely asked about it, the female manager, Casey, came over and was nothing but rude and belligerent to both of us. We will never go back there.

Staff are so friendly and genuine. Not just there for a tip and a pay cheque. One small issue with one out of the 4 meals and the manager went above and beyond for us. Will be back again :)

Fairly standard food options with fairly standard flavours. I'd like to try more of the menu. I don't expect exciting flavours or options here, but if that's what you're looking for then this is a great place! The food is satisfying and filling and enjoyable, and the service is good! Great quality restaurant!

I remember really generous portions in the past. I had fish tacos and even ordered a 3rd one thinking it would be on the lighter side. I would be surprised if there was 1.5 ounces of fish between all three! There was hardly and fish or aoli. It was like lettuce tacos. Very little flavour or zest. Earls had better fish tacos!!!

The food is so good and they have perfect portion sizes. Great place for date night or evening out with friends! Can't wait to visit the patio again this year. Best view in town!

Food was cold, served at different times. French fries were disgusting, cold, had obviously been sitting for a while. Excuse... A party of 30 had come in. It's a restaurant don't you expect your restaurant to be full. Obviously not. Will never go back!!!

Haven't had a bad thing on the menu, poutine is the best though! And two sides! I like the choice of local breweries on tap. My go to place in town.

Met my cousin and hubby on their way through town. I picked the location because it's easy in and off the highway. We got there early and the server was awesome. Very attentive, didn't have to wait for drinks or food service. Just had appies, but they were good. Service was great, location great for the occasion, will go again :)

Came in there for lunch today. Amazing food, such good flavor and portions. Really helpful and knowledgeable servers. And price is spot on for what you're getting. I would recommend it to anyone. I'll definitely be back :)

We just left after only receiving our drinks after an hour wait from a super snotty completely unfriendly waitress ...the people who sat down half hour after us received their food before us....our drinks were missing key ingredients...waitress walked away while we were talking to her...I've been here many times and loved it...hard not to let bad service ruin our experience but it was hard to ignore when it started immediately and got worst as we watched other people be served before us with smiles and courtesy whilst nothing for us ���

Love coming here! The food is always great and the staff is always on top of things, friendly and accommodating. �

I love the wings here, So crunchy and juicy. Can't wait for the summer to sit on the patio and enjoy the view with nice cold drinks to cool off 💋🌹❤

‘Original Joes’ Kamloops tonight...never again will I set foot in this establishment...the most poorly run place I have ever been to...used to be great when they first opened...now? Absolute joke...poor service...even had some bimbo who was impersonating a manager actually spar with me over my concerns...food took over 45 minutes to come...when it came, one in our party had an ice cold rice bowl that was pretty much congealed and the other three meals arrived 5 minutes later were of disgusting quality, overdone to the max. Never again!!! ���

I love OJ's in Kamloops! I always have a great experience when I am there. Friendly staff and amazing food!

Original joe's is my go to place in town both for client meetings and personal occasions. The service is always real, energetic and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back yet professional and the view of Kamloops is beautiful. Don't even get me started on the delicious and reasonably priced menu!!

shamus at original joes kamloops has it figured out. Loving the patio set up enjoying a bucket of corona and twisted teas. top the evening off with a delicious Carolina pulled pork sandwich for dinner. couldn't be happier with my experience at this location. keep it up you guys!!! many more evenings like this to come.

Service and food excellent ... (just saying, but Milestone's should really take some notes from Original Joe's!!)

The food and drinks are great but service really needs attention lots of people walking around but no-one doing anything, took forever for food and drinks

Food was delicious! Staff was great! Overall great experience!
