Review Caffe Motivo - Kamloops

I felt like I was little late to fond out this amazing place. Loved the quality and quantity of Hot Chocolate and Other beverages. There's some special ingredient in sandwiches which felt like small dry mango chunks and the sandwiches were so great.

The food, coffee and service here deserves more than just five stars! I'll definitely be back for another latte and breakfast wrap. When I asked if they had any vegan options the chef offered to make something I could eat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, coming here made my morning a little brighter 🌞

Ordered a few items off the menu for delivery, including: (1)latte (excellent flavour; quality coffee and the medium was ample in size); (2)southwest breakfast wrap (great taste; hearty size and arrived hot!); (3)blueberry wheat-free muffin (have not yet sampled but looks tasty); and (4)garden salad, which they were out of but went well above in rectifying it! Instead of replacing with an item of equal or lesser value (which is pretty standard), they substituted for a veggie wrap and sent a note to apologize (nice touch!). I was completely surprised and very impressed by this, especially given this item is double in price and with inflation, is rare to see a restaurant go above and beyond is this regard. Clearly they take care of their customers and are in the business of striving to maintain customers - for which I most definitely will be! Thank you Caffè Motivo 🙏 😊

Very good servers. Decent cappuccino. Gluten free offerings available...would like to see a few more choices for these. Good location. Outdoor area is nice.

A year ago I bought a coffee cake here while on a road trip. It was so good I texted my bf about it. This time it was a boring vanilla muffin with a couple sprinkles on top. So bland you only knew you were eating it by how dry your mouth was. Shame. Latte is still delicious

This is going to sound kind of harsh but there's a coffee shop directly across the street that wont charge you 22 bucks for a watered down smoothie and a mostly bread sandwich. I used to go here almost every day when I worked downtown. I can understand the price increases but the quality has gone down so far I wonder if it's got new owners.

i was excited to come here after looking at the reviews and pictures but ultimately saddened by the quality of latte. may have been an off day for them but i will not be back as i am from out of town. the workers were pleasant but seemed unmotivated. still, it's a nice place to chat and chill.

I asked peers, best espresso in town? “You have to try Motivo” Also recommended- the Gibraltar if you love Espresso Also I had one of the softest most delicious cookies at a coffee shop. Great place, great atmosphere, outstanding coffee. Really reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.

In my opinion the best coffee shop in Kamloops. Fast service , very friendly atmosphere , awesome coffee and a great selection of food. All personnel is fantastic. Keep up the good work guys.

Stellar service! Motivo, especially recently, has a very upbeat atmosphere with super friendly staff, great food and exceptional coffee. Seriously makes my day brighter when I stop by Motivo for a coffee and breakfast each morning :) Great job guys!

My absolute favorite coffee shop!!!!

I was beyond happy to find a most delicious coffee and a wonderful barista. She made me three amazing macchiatos and we discussed the art of good coffee. Excellent espresso makes me the happiest in all the land, and Kamloops is lucky to have you.

I had an awful experience with Caffe Motivo today. Went there on my half hour lunch break to order a wrap. I was told it would be a 5-7 minute wait for the food which I was okay to wait for. However after waiting for 25 minutes I had to wave down an employee who told me that they must have given my order to someone else. I asked for my money back and was told I could be given a $10 Gift Card instead. The staff didn't even apologize for the mix up! I cannot believe that I was denied my lunch AND my money back. I'm definitely not too keen to return here nor will I recommend it even though I work very close by.

One of the best lattes ever, and i hardly ever like coffee! These folks understand the delicate balance of temperatures in the milk to serve sweet and smooth bevies. The chai latte was equally wonderful!

Had a great experience for breakfast with my son and my mom. They were very friendly and kind to my 10 year old and had no issues checking ingredients for a tree nut allergy. Wonderful staff and great comfortable atmosphere.

We were at the new location in Sahali with friends. It is nice and bright. Excellent coffee! Friendly staff who work hard. The only problem: seating is a nightmare. Very crowded and certainly not easily wheelchair accessible.
