EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS and to Perfection! The chef's creation of Creole Butter on Cajun Sirloin was the right choice for me! With scrumptious Smoked Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes, Broccoli Crowns, & a side of BAKED MUSHROOMS! Very Flavourful.

Great food, great Covid safety measures including verifying our Australian overseas vaccinations and a sure stop the next time I’m in my hometown again.

Freaked out about vaccinations. My girlfriend and I were passing by and are fully vaccinated but we are from US so our vac cards don’t have QR on it, we waited by the door for about 10 minutes before they let us in, it took a lot less time to cross the boarder than it took us to be seated. The food is meh and the staff are undereducated.

This place is great! No matter how busy they are the service is always prompt. The staff is friendly, very busy and efficient. The food is amazing..which is why I keep coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great food and atmosphere. It was a very busy Saturday night here and this place is a very well oiled machine. The staff were very well in sync and on top of everything. Our entrees took a little while longer than anticipated and the general manager came to our table and apologized and gave us a free appetizer. I can't remember the last time we got this good of service from a restaurant that was this busy. When the entrees came the food was amazing and we will definitely be back the next time we are in kamloops.

We’ve been to this location quite a few times now, and tonight we had another great experience for dinner. The food was very good, the management and servers were attentive and accommodating to our little girl. Big shout out to our server Kris, his service was exceptional. Thanks guys, would definitely be back again and recommend!

This restaurant has the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I've ever encountered in my entire life. I would definitely NOT recommend this location to anyone. The servers were very unfriendly to begin with and didn’t seem keen in finding suitable tables and seats for me and my family where we can sit not too far away from each other considering that one table can’t accommodate all of us. My family and I waited for about 20 minutes after we were given the menu, but no one came to us after that. After 20 minutes, a waiter passed by, but he ignored us when we told him we’re ready to order. He gave us a look and walked away. This was extremely aggravating, especially because it wasn't even a busy time. There were barely any customers and there were a lot of servers, but the waiting time was terribly long and the service was extremely awful. If only there was an option for zero star, that would do more justice. One star out of five is even too much to give them considering the type of experience we had to go through - a truly terrible experience.

Today was yet another amazing lunch! The great food, the ambiance, the overall feel at this restaurant is very relaxing, a perfect place to be. Leah (our server) was very friendly, a great sense of humour, and always attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant! 5 stars plus!

Had a great meal and visit at Browns in Kamloops...really well put together...great staff and best Ahi Tuna Crunch I have had and I’ve tried many...my favourite salad...

love this place wish one would open up in Merritt so I didn't have to drive to kamloops to get a fantastic meal and great drink prices, in a spectacular environment. Staff all seem to have wonderful attitudes, refill on non alcoholic drinks free great for the kids. giving this place the thumbs up and 5 *'s <3 <3 <3

Went here for the first time tonight and was pretty disappointed with the taste of the food. We ended up sending our food back because the raw fish tasted like it had gone bad.

We ordered tonight through skip the dishes and one of our meals was missing a main ingredient. Not only did the manager (Michelle I believe she said her name was!) send me a whole new entree (I was just expecting the missing ingredient!) but skip the dishes wouldn’t bring the food back (I figured they’d charge a delivery fee but still do it. Nope!) so Michelle is having someone else deliver it. Above and beyond!! Mistakes happen, but they went the extra step to fix it. Love love love that kind of service. We will be loyal customers!

The atmosphere was awesome, the service was excellent! But the food was not as great as I thought it would be. My friend and I shared a platter of Nachos...wasn't that good. We went with the chicken Nachos and not the beef (because the server said the cook has to break apart a hamburger patty?). I was put off by that. But 3 stars for atmosphere and great service!!!!

Ive eaten at many restaurants in town and this is by far the best one. The food and staff are both amazing.

We had a very long chatty dinner, our server Ginger was amazing...super attentive and didn't rush is out after we paid our bill and sat and talked...food is always amazing as well!

My daughter was in your restaurant tonight and had her meal spilled on her lap, the waitress said to her after it was scraped up with her hands.. "enjoy your meal".. are you freaking kidding me? Plus no discount! No free "see you next time on the house " what poor service is this..??

Went for my 2nd time tonight with hubby... reservation got lost and Manager Rob quickly got us a table and a free appy. We were so impressed by the food, and friendly staff and managers! Will definitely be going again!

Great service, our waitress had Ninja Turtle tattoos. Amazing food, chicken quesadilla with yam fries. My boyfriend had the baha fish tacos. Tried a Social Palmer and that was amazing too.

The eggs Benny was cold like it had been sitting there for twenty minutes and the server told us it was because they can't put it under the warmer. Kitchen should maybe time the food better. Awful service too. For sure won't be going back for a long time.
