Review Quilas Mexican Restaurant - Kamloops

Decided to try Casa Azul when our other pick had a long wait. We were greeted and seated right away. Complimentary chips and salsa verde was delicious! Ordered an enchilada and a quesadilla. Service was super quick. Food was really tasty. Unfortunately forgot to grab a pic until too late. Much more on the menu still to try. We will be back. Thanks

Loved the food and hospitality of the staff. Authentic Mexican themed restaurant and decent prices with great quality. A server named Karla had been so cheerful and professional at her service. Highly recommend to try the food here. Vegetarian options are excellent too. Have visited the restaurant 2 days in a row and would visit again soon.

Ay mi madre, que rico todo! So far the best Mexican restaurant i’ve visited in Canada. Everything felt very authentic; food and decor. Staff was super friendly with amazing recommendations. We ordered the enchiladas and tacos. Food felt very fresh and tasty. The margarita was very well made too. Will be coming back!

I only recently found this restaurant. After my first visit, I had to order the exact same dish for fear I wouldn't get the same authentic dish. So good.

The best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico. Excellent service. We were seated immediately and food came out quite quickly. We came for dinner one night and had to come back for breakfast. Both meals were filling and delicious. Definitely coming back next time we’re in town!

This is a typical Mexican restaurant. The ambience and the food is perfect for sharing with family or friends. Carolina was our waitress and she was very kind and friendly. I ordered chimichanga and it was such a big and delicious dish. Even two people can get full with a single dish

Very long wait for the food (even for the drinks). Our server seemed out of it. I’ve had far better Mexican food. If you’re in Kamloops, I would pass on this.

Super unhappy yesterday I ordered my food with out cheese and dairy because I can't have dairy and it returned with the side salad with sour cream and cheese that part wasn't so bad I asked for a new one it returned without the sour cream still had cheese sprinkled on top ( I decided to not make a fuss and pick it off) then after taking a bite off my enchiladas I found it still had cheese all through it. I took it back in and was told by my server that I should of specified that I wanted the cheese both off the top and in the centre taken off (I had 3 times) got it remade and still my side salad had sour cream and cheese on it. I know mistakes happen but it was over and over and it was careless. Nothing was done to make up for it and my girlfriends food had a huge hair in it she mentioned it said she picked it off and no sorry or anything was made. Not impressed I'd give zero stars if I could bad food bad service and nothing done for us after everything went wrong countless times

We look at the Top 10 Restaurants in Kamloops and decided to go for Mexican food. The food was delicious, we have fajitas, sopez and a guacamole made at the table. We also have a Mojito and their Strawberry/Mango Margarita was over the top!! The staff was very friendly! Definitely a must go in Kantaloops.

The food and service were both outstanding. I had the fish tacos and they we're by far the best, most authentic, I've tasted in Canada.

Less then impressed. Food was mediocre and way too expensive for unauthentic prefab food. The enchiladas were lacking chicken and flavour. I have had better and fresher mexican at fast food mexican places without snide comments from the witness.

Great find. Tried the mole pablano. Spicy and smooth. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Served with Mexican rice, pico de galo and a side of beans. Owners very personable. A few good laughs with my broken Spanish. Homemade flan desert topped everything off nicely.

Management is ridiculous, their hours sign is broken Won't be returning. I sat and waited 45 minutes to be seen and still nothing so I'll be taking business elsewhere! Won't be returning

Outfrigginstanding!!!!! Best mexi on the PLANET! My nephews 18th b-day... they paid for his meal! We were a party of 14 and they did an amazing job!!!! EAT HERE!!!!! ❤️❤️����

My girlfriends and I went there for dinner last night and were treated like royalty. The food was awesome and the service even better. I for one will definitely be back! You must try the apple mojitos....sooooo good!
