Review Tiger Ramen - Kamloops

We were surprised to find a ramen place at this far from Vancouver. But it was nice to see one far from home. The atmosphere and interior design is really cool. There's lots of skateboards on the wall, and some anime figures in the front. It had a very contemporary style. The food was very unique! But it was too salty for us. The server was also very nice to other customers, but kind of cold towards us. The kitchen staff and cashier was very kind to us though.

I have loved this little noodle shop since it opened back in ??? and was pleasantly surprised to find it newly renovated with pandemic friendly seating options. If you like noodles you HAVE to experience this place.

Probably one of the best bowls of ramen I've had in a long time. Great decor, cozy atmosphere... Go there, enjoy.

By far the best ramen in Kamloops. Disclaimer, this is a small location with very limited seating, so arrive with the expectation to wait, and you will be satisfied. As a courtesy to others, this is a ramen bar, not a hangout spot. You will be served quickly, so try and leave your spot for others who are waiting once you are done eating - there's a great local coffee shop by Shoppers Drug mart called 5 Bean if you're looking to catch up with your friends/family. Featured is a tiger miso with extra noodle and an added egg with a side of 5 dumplings. Tiger miso has a rich bone broth with great depth of flavor. Noodles are made in house and cooked to chewy perfection. Pork belly falls apart and is oh so tender. Egg center is soft as you'd expect. Dumplings are my favorite in town. Crisp exterior with a pork filling. The best part is their unique dipping sauce. Salty, sweet and slightly tangy Finally, the staff are so kind and thankful of your business. Can't recommend this small local business enough. Ps if your upset with the wait time, skip the wait altogether and call in for a takeout order, or take advantage of their frozen ready to make ramen portions that can be heated at home

I am blown away by this vegan ramen. My partner and I have eaten here several times. The broth of this ramen is so incredible. It’s got body and depth, which can’t say about a lot of other vegan broths I have had at other restaurants. My bf is not vegan, ordered a Tiger Miso ramen and thoroughly enjoyed his. He tried mine and said it was just as amazing. I got a spice level of 4 and it had me sweating, I have a tolerance for spice. I spoke with the person who served me, who said they make everything in house, including the noodles. They are chewy and delightful. They even have ramen packages that you can take home and heat up yourself at anytime, for those of you looking to eat at home and on your own time. The restaurant was very clean, sanitized often and the service was excellent. I would give a higher rating than 5 stars if possible!

Yesterday I ate the best dish in my life, I ordered the ocean ramen and it was by far the best meal I have eaten in my life so far, and the food experience was amazing, I enjoyed both the food and the privacy, there’s this one-seater table design that gives a lot of privacy. Last but not least the hospitality was amazing, and the toys as decorations were very enjoyable to watch

Have eaten here 2-3 times a month since 2014. Wouldn't trade the food experience for anything. Amazing food. Amazing people. Very much a ramen bar. Maybe I'll go get some right now actually. Mmmmm Ramen.

Everytime I'm really sick all I want is for ramen. When I'm all stuffed up and can barely breath or talk I go and their soup heals me. Literally I feel instantly better. So good! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is so cozy! Plus I get to see all the studio ghibli movies I don't own.

I'm from Sugar Land, TX (just outside of Houston). I come to Canada, namely Kamloops, to visit with family yearly during the summer. There are many Asian restaurants in Houston but not many ramen places. Tiger Ramen is delicious, the Gyoza & the thicker dipping sauce is just as yummy! . The noodles have good snap/texture & the soup base (very difficult to get it right let alone master, I hear) is hearty and very flavorful. The staff & the owner(s) are always very welcoming and friendly. I make Tiger Ramen stops a few times during my stay. Please keep up the delicious taste & I'll keep bugging you about opening a place in Houston!

This is mine and my husbands favourite restaurant! The food is always amazing and absolutely delicious. The service is always very good and the place is so cozy, the decor makes you feel like you're in another country � This is an amazing place, it will always be our favourite!

Great food but they seem to be closed every time we ever want to go. In the last year, the dozen times or so we have gone, we have only been lucky enough for them to be open 5 times.

Stopped here on my way through to Vancouver. Wishing this place was closer to home. Amazing ramen and quick service. Don't miss out on this place

I hardly eat out in Kamloops �but I tried Tiger Ramen this noon. It opens at 11:30am, when we arrived at 11:40am, there almost no place�So popular! The noodles are amazing with ideal level of firmness but the broth tastes a little strong for me and the extra BBQ pork I ordered is cold. Anyway �Strongly recommend! I wanna try level 5 next time!

I feel so spoiled everytime I order food here. Best ramen and customer service! So thankful this exists in Kamloops.
