Best restaurant in Jasper. This room has a Lodge atmosphere with excellent food. The osso bucco was so tender that it fell apart with a fork. For birthdays and anniversaries, they do a surprise dessert plate of assorted desserts. The caramel cheesecake was a standout! Excellent service.
Buffet offered ($75 pp) but options were limited and poorly prepared and tasteless. Price was VERY expensive for what they offered. All four in our group were extremely disappointed in dinner.
Amongst the many tourists restaurants for dinner, we choose to eat here because we were staying at the Fairmont and wanted to have Alberta beef. The French onion soup was delicious. The prime rib (never frozen) was cooked well by chef! For desert, the coconut cheesecake with sorbet was a nice treat
