Review Little Caesars - Huntsville

I’ve never left a restaurant in my hometown with tears rolling down my face. Not just rude staffing, but mean. It’s disgusting to know that Huntsville employs people like the woman I just encountered. I don’t even want to eat the food I’ve been served because I’ve lost my appetite after the treatment I’ve just received.

Ordered pepperoni deep dish pizza expecting it to be made fresh. Instead they put in two lunch combo deep dish pizzas to make one. I could tell right away from the colour of the cheese and sauce that these had been siting around and one bite confirmed what I suspected. Not surprisingly, the crazy bread was also hard and dry. Always look forward when in town to order here but there has been more than one occasion now where they are pushing the quality envelope. Not sure if I can take another chance which is unfortunate.

Your typical Little Caesars. They are quick and affordable prices, only sell Medium however some seats inside would be nice if there's a bit of a wait, it can get busy and pizzas can take 7 minutes to make.

Has a great system in place so no one needs to wait in the store. Rather sit in your own car and stay warm.

Very nice pizza.. Always fresh and never overly greasy like other pizza places as well as kind and friendly staff make this the go to place for pizza :)

The pizza is affordable and tastes great but the staff get overwhelmed easily when the dinner rush is on (which I can totally understand) as to be expected especially if you are new. The leadership team or senior staff need to cool their jets. They shouldn't be so hard on the employees nor should they criticize or "coach" (if that's what you would call it) their team in front of the customers.

One of the more unorganized places I've experienced. Sign on the door says only 3 allowed in the store at a time, but there were 7 people in the waiting area and noone paying any attention to the over capacity. Also, no signs to say what to do if you're there to pick up an order that's ready, just a "You should have said something" from the staff when I finally got to the counter.

Great people. Nice pizza. I requested the front end lady to handle my vegetarian order without contaminating it with meat equipment. It was done with a big smile and care. Was pleased to see all ladies staff on that day. Thanks a lot. Please keep up the good work.

Horrible wait time for a "Fast and Ready" Pizza in Huntsville. I used to work for a Little Caesars and sold the hot and ready pizza. We were NEVER of any kind of pizza we sold as "Hot and Ready" and definitely had plenty of pizzas (Pep, Cheese, Meat Lovers, Hawaiian, Canadian) at peak times (lunch and dinner). <br/><br/>I have only gone to this location during dinner (5pm) and there is ALWAYS a wait as they take your order THEN make your pizza. I realize this means the pizza is fresh, but it takes 10 minutes plus minutes depending on how busy they are and how many pizzas have been ordered before you. I go to Little Caesars for a "Hot and Ready" pizza when I am in a rush! If I wanted to wait, I probably would be going elsewhere.<br/><br/>I only ever get Canadians or Pep pizzas, so it is not a special order and has no modifications.<br/><br/>Very disappointed and will no longer consider Little Caesars for when I need a pizza fast. This never happened when it was the old owner.

If you want a cheap pizza quick that tastes descent, this is usually the place to go.
