Review Subway - Huntsville

A high quality subway great for a pit stop along the way during a road trip! I'm a subway fan in general, but was really happy with the cleanliness, food quality and friendliness of the staff at this location.

Went here with my friend for some quick dinner. When asking the staff member if they served soup, the man behind the counter. Pointed to their sign and rudely proceeded to tell my friend that if she took her sunglasses off she would see the sign. Then when I chose my toppings for my sub, I asked the lady for all the fresh vegetables (no pickles, etc.) She stared at me and threw her hands in the air say "everything is fresh." So I just asked her to finish what she had on it, and put some sauce on. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but it was not a nice feeling, and I will never go to this location again. I've never had this problem at the Hanes road location and will continue to use it as the staff are friendly and courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised by the card taken in my sandwich. Yes I am picky. And yes this was excellent. I'll be back.

DON’T go here. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I watched the man literally wrap my sandwich without closing it. I knew it was going to be gross and messy so I opened it in the store and began whipping the sauce off the outside of the bread so I could hold it and re made the entire thing while all three staff stood there. I had to ask for napkins, new paper to wrap it in and wasn’t spoken to at all. No one asked if I needed help, wanted a new sandwich, offered an apology. Nothing. Couldn’t believe how terrible the customer service was. On top of that, all staff were miserable to deal with, didn’t have a bunch of toppings/meat, toaster didn’t toast.

Something is always missing on my order! Mostly cookie is missing! There is no option for mountain due and veggie patty on skip the dishes! When I write that I want mountain dew in instructions, I never get it…!

No masks or other restrictions. For me this is a bad review, but others might find that a good thing.

Decent...fresh and didn't wait long...was not impressed that they were not asking patrons to wear a proper mask..,when I asked about that I was told they couldn't enforce that rule till vaccine passports were given out... we've been to plenty of businesses that had no problem telling patrons ... no masks, no service...

Such rude customer service! Just got my sub Oct 1, 8:27 PM. We asked for three subs multigrain bread, the guy says there is no cheese bread but brown bread. So we again repeated for multigrain bread and then he says on a sarcastic tone yes! I am talking about brown bread and then proceeds to make one (we asked for three) there was no one in the store but two people started making the three subs and in such a rush that you can hardly decide! And such rude behaviour all the way! Subway is our regular and we travel a lot all through Canada but this is the only location where we found such behaviour! Would never visit again.
