Review A & W Huntsville - Huntsville

Fast service, friendly staff Will lettuce wrap on request your burger no questions asked. Not sure the Nashville Hot Chicken was coated properly in sauce when I ordered it, if it was, not impressed

*double check your bill before paying* Fries seemed old but that was not main problem! They tried to charge us $8.50 to switch two buns to 7-grain. My bill was supposed to be $16.75 plus tax and on two occasions they tried to charge me over $28. Once because they added the $10’s in buns and the second time because they “accidentally” canceled my coupon. I’d watch your bill closely!

I love the beyond meat burger that A&W serves but the Huntsville location serves cold fries more often then not.

First time at A&W ever. I loved it. Soft buns, crispy bacon. They put the perfect amount of sauce to most places drown in sauce or don't put enough. Fries are crispy and really good. I'm not addicted. Drive through was extremely fast and they were so nice. Ordered and got my food within 4 mins of being there. Go here!

Worst quality of food ever. Burger looked like it was roadkill.

Drive through is always fast and efficient. Great location just off of Highway 11. Quick hop on / hop off and back on the road again.

They treat their employees like garbage and the kitchens so disgusting you just have step in the kitchen and your coverd in Greese and if the manager has a problem with you she grabs 2 other employees to help her verbally attack you don't give this place business and if this comment gets deleted I'll just keep posting it

Updated My burger was lacking. But they were busy and it was in the middle of the covid panic so I'll let it slide. And I'll be back. One year later....2/22/22 It's been a year and the pandemic is still raging on. This past year we have eaten countless beyond burgers here since my initial review. And every single one has been delicious. DELICIOUS! we pull up and the staff knows us by the rumble of the truck. They only ask if it's just my husband or the whole family. They always get our semi complicated order right and offer us our usual upgrades (*pie, get the apple pie) I look forward to eating here. 5 star update
