Love subway. But in the evenings they need one more person and or one more oven. I like to have mine double toasted after cheese and then after veggies are on but before sauce but when they are busy things dont get done properly.

Gluten free bun is great when it's warmed up. Plus taste great fillings.
Sometimes it's over crowd but if you hit the sweet spot time you get in and out fast.
