Our meals were good. I had the enchilada plate with ground beef. The beef was dry and that detracted from the overall Mexican experience. Some hot sauce did help but I felt if the beef had been moist, it would have been better. The staff [owners?] were great. This is a hidden restaurant in Hinton

AMAZING Mexican food. The tacos and chimichangs were great. But the real star of the show was the 5 different house made hot sauces, which added a whole lot of excitement to my meal.
