My husband and I were in Harrison for our 25th anniversary. Muddy Waters quickly became our favourite place to go for coffee or a bite to eat. The fresh baking was divine...we tried the blueberry muffin and flourless lemon shortbread. Everything on the menu looked amazing. The BLT was the best I've ever had, and my husband loved the pulled pork. Sadly we didn't have enough time to try everything that we wanted to try. Despite being a busy place, service was always fast and friendly. Our only disappointment was that you didn't open until 9AM. It seemed like there wasn't anywhere to get decent coffee before 9AM.
I am a soup and salad lover and they have the best of both there!
Love the presentation of the salad. And the soups are always so tasty!!
Love the atmosphere, and what is so nice, its also a meeting place for some locals to get together for a cup of very tasty coffee and a piece of Jenny's fabulous small desserts to go with the coffee.
All their food is fabulous , they have a very experienced chef and very friendly staff.
I brought some family from Burnaby over for lunch and they really enjoyed their veggie burger.
Yummy food and great wait staff!! I highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, especially given the very reasonable prices for the fare that they offer. Five stars all the way.
The best place to eat in Harrison Hot springs. The best food and the best staff around
This is our favourite restaurant to pop into when we are at Harrison. The food is excellent and fresh. The staff are friendly. Highly recommend it!
Love this little funky cafe! They make amazing lattes, specialty coffees, yummy fresh baked goods and sandwiches/soups.... sometimes have live music. A few doors down from my place. I always take guests there and they love it. A must go to place when visiting the famous little village called 'Harrison" Don't forget to stop by the welcome sign with the life-sized Sasquatch Harrison. This larger than life big fellow extends his arm for tourists to take their photos with him all the while he is looking over at you with a wink! You cannot miss this as it is a large covered lean-to with timbers that says "Welcome to to village of Harrison" This was build by the famous "Timber Kings" from Armstrong, B.C. (A reality show on T.V.)

Awesome place awesome people.the owners and staff are excellent :) im a very happy regular customer.♡ thanks muddy waters.
I had the most tasty squas cream with nuts in the middle. The duck breast sandwich is to die for! Looking forward to go again as soon as I can.
The food was great. The regular coffee not so good. Should have ordered a specialty coffee. The only other complaint was every time the front door opened the whole place got a blast of cold air. View was great.
Awesome place and fantastic food..even outside space with water for the puppies
Sitting here now the food is soooo tasty and when walking by you almost miss as not really any Signage indicating what's inside , a Great hidden little gem . Yum
Nice food and friendly staff. We particularly like their duck sandwiches. 7 of us went there for 4 times in 3 days.
Best place to go for breakfast or lunch in Harrison. Fresh salads, fruit, flavourful soups! Highly recommend the amazing BLT...thick bacon, ripe red tomato, butter lettuce + prosciutto on a chewy pretzel bun. Love. (And if you're brave, ask for the white chocolate peppermint Italian soda. Mmm.)
Original sandwiches, bursting with flavour and fresh ingredients. So good. If you go to Harrison Hot Springs, you must go to Muddy Waters Cafe!
Always love our visits to Muddy Waters. Owners and staff are wonderful and the food is always divine ♡ This place is a must visit for those near the area!
Great coffee, great people, awesome food! Highly recommend it!!!
Good food. The steelhead and crab burger was great. Wife liked the BLT also. Very happy with our meal.
Love this restaurant!!!❤️
My friends and I went there for lunch.
I ordered a sockeye crab claw burger with chips. But I regretted the decision after seeing the chips are not French fries.
I told the server I haven't eaten and touched anything in my plate. May I switch the chips to soup. She said no problem immediately. She gave me a bowl of soup without any extra charge and didn't take the chips away.
Excellent service👍🏻
Tasty Food👍🏻
Quite popular in this area👍🏻
Ordered the duck sandwich with chips and the shrimp sandwich with salad. The blackberry mayo in the duck sandwich was absolutely amazing goes great with the cranberry sourdough bread. The shrimp sandwich was delicious and the salad had a nice vinaigrette dressing.
Wasn't too impressed with the wait though. It was about 130pm and it wasn't too busy but it took half an hour for our food to come.
Delicious and fresh! The muffins are HUGE and moist and full of blueberries! The burgers are fresh and absolutely excellent. Best place to eat in Harrison.
Came to this small neighborhood cafe for breakfast. They have 3-4 breakfast freshly made breakfast sandwich options, all served with fruit. Of course, pastries available too. They also have a nice gluten free bread available, great option for those who are Celiac. Coffee was good too. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
Amazing Bakes Bison Burger and Duck Breast sandwich! The ambience was great and the chalk writing on the wall was very nice as well. We also had the flourless baked brownie which was amazing as well!!! Coffee was yummy too.
Delicious. We went for breakfast and came back for lunch. As my wife put it, you know it's good when you are loving your meal, but every time someone else's comes out you wish you ordered it!
Go there!
Great Food - Great Service. If you're in Harrison Hot Springs or in the area do not miss going here. It is great!
Great location and even better food! We stopped here for breakfast and had the coho salmon eggs Benny and my wife had the breakfast bun. Awesome! We will be back!
Exceptional food and quality espresso! I would love to go back and try everything on their menu!
I've fallen in love!. I walked into Muddy Waters, and immediately i was in love. It was a rainy day in Harrison BUT Muddy Waters is so cozy, from the natural lighting to the sounds of indie and soft music. I'm a clean eater and 98% of the things on their menu was clean eating approved, lol. (minus the cheese and a few lattes and alcoholic bevs) I ordered the amazingly yummy, taste buds on fire breakfast wrap, my mom got the breakfast english muffins with salmon, which i had to taste test & it tasted amazing as well! My little brother got the kids toast with melted cheese and gold fishes, which i didnt try but he practically inhaled it(ate it so fast, it was gone in seconds). All meals came with a good portion of freshly cut fruits(berries, apples, peach, plum, YUM). The service was very nice, they brought the food to our table and the ladies there were very sweet! i could have breakfast, lunch and dinner there everyday.. literally! I didn't feel stuffed after but i felt full... and that's what i love!
Gluten free friendly and they make their own soup (which is delicious!)
Hey guys! Here is a review of Muddy Waters Cafe in Harrison. A little cafe that looks out to the lagoon, they serve breakfast and lunch options, essentially brunch. Do the entrees taste warm and hearty or should you continue strolling somewhere down the street? Read on to find out. Food: Team Tastic came here for brunch and ordered a Toasted English Muffin (with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, wild smoked coho salmon lox, and Spanish onion) . First off, this was a beautiful dish with a fruit salad on one side and the muffins on the other. The egg mixed well with the salmon but I wish the bun was a little more toasted. I noticed the addition of capers in the dish which was a nice touch because I love the tangy flavour of capers. The fruit salad was also a good combination of colour and freshness . Everything was arranged nicely and super easy to chomp into. We also got a breakfast burrito which was pretty standard fare but I didn’t get a chance to get into it. It was probably good since I didn’t hear any complaints about it. All in all, this was a cute little food stand and one of the few places open early in Harrison. Features: This cafe shares a space with two other dessert stands. The view from the front ceiling-height windows is gorgeous , and the roof is essentially one giant sunroof with little tarps providing some colour and shade inside. The brick and chalkboard menu add to the cafe vibe and the whole place exudes a calming feeling. Service: The staff are pretty cool here. They know the names of the regulars, and when a bird flew into the cafe, the staff calmly handled the affair with a broomstick to coax the little one back outside. Water service is self-serve here. I noticed that they serve brews too, so maybe it’s more than a simple cafe chilling here. One-liner: Probably the only breakfast cafe you can find decent food in Harrison Highlight: Coho salmon lox on the English muffin Recommended for: Vacationers in Harrison Would I go back? No. I’d sleep in a li
