Lynn and George were excellent hosts in every respect. The food was excellent using delicious local ingredients. The house was full of interesting antiques and art, snd very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent. We had the best sleep on our 11 day holiday. I high recommend stopping in Harbor Grace and staying at the remarkable Rothesay House and visiting with George and Lynn if you want the best Newfoundland has to offer.

George and Lynn were exceptional hosts during our stay in this beautiful home. We appreciated George's vast historical knowledge and the time they both gave us answeing questions. The breakfasts Lynn prepared were scrumptious with the added bonus of homemade jams and muffins. I loved Lynn's homemade granola. They could not have been more gracious. Highly recommend this unique B&B. As an aside they are both lots of fun.

Rothesay House is a beautiful, peaceful inn. Inviting and comfortable, lovely maritime decor, and exceptional cuisine. Breakfast was delicious and beautiful! The hosts, Lynn and George, made us feel so welcome, shared lots of local history and offered great suggestions of local places to visit. Our only regret was not realizing we would want to stay longer to enjoy their marvelous hospitality. Next time for sure.
