Food is always good. The only gripe I have is that they often miss something on online orders ie. Not Toasted, missing Avocado, etc. Mistakes happen though. I still go there frequently! Service is good, and usually fairly fast if the line isn't too long. My favourite fast food place in Hanover for sure!
Staff are really nice and on the ball with service. Extremely high turn over however so someone is always in training.
It's was okay but it's either they are slow or they need more staff inground ... Was stuck outside for about 20 mins in the cold due to the indoor limit to buy stuffs
