I see a lot of people confuse this location for the one INSIDE Jackson, it’s NOT! This is the one right at the bus stop at Hughson and King.
This location has got to be the best one in the entire city by far! It’s such a shame they aren’t open on weekends. Even when I don’t need to go downtown, I’m getting on a bus just to go to this Tims. The staff is absolutely incredible! They’re always really pleasant, even when you can tell it’s not a great day for whoever is helping you, they are still so professional and that’s kinda lacking with a lot of customer service these days. They are always on top of filling their machines and keeping things fresh and stocked for customers! Idk what’s wrong with the other locations on Hamilton, but I swear it’s like every single employee refuses to refill the iced capp machine and quite literally everywhere BUT this location, provides the most foamy iced capps in existence LOL. They even throw in a couple extra Timbits here and there! Shhh!
The only, and I mean ONLY downsides to this location are how small it is and how it’s only open weekdays! Those are my only complaints.

Lots of people confusing this for the location in Jackson Square! This Tims is located at King and Hughson. And they are amazing! Very fast, very friendly. The young man and woman that typically work in the morning are the best! They go above and beyond.

Nice finally wifi at a tim hortons in Jackson Square Mall so I can use the app finally. Lol 😆 best coffee I've had in a min from Tim's they nailed here today at the Mall. Great job Tim Hortons staff management n ownership. 👏 "XGWJB"

I don't like Tim's that much but this is worth the shot if you want to have a hot chocolate that's where you should go not anywhere else staff is friendly and hot chocolate was the bestest I ever had at any tim Hortons
It is really excellent and I advise all the world to visit it
Best location downtown. Very consistent, my steeped tea is always made nicely. The little lady with the glasses who works here is always efficient and friendly!! Just wish it was opened on the weekends too.
Tray was wet so wouldn't hold the cups
The staff here are superstars. Always nice, remember your order and do a fantastic job. The best. And for how many rowdy customers they deal with in that area, they all deserve raises.
It was packed and crowded but was in and out quick. Good coffee too.
Nice staff. Quick for the amount of staff even when really busy.
Friendly service for affordable coffee & snacks. But service could have been more efficient & faster, as there were many customers ahead of & behind me -- yet only 1 male server at 1 window. Definitely, service from more than 1 window needs to be available when 5 or more customers are already in line!
Most of the staff is friendly and efficient. Wish they had a bit more of variety as far as baked goods go, but otherwise a great spot to pop in & out quickly!
