Island Stars - Hamilton - Photo album

Can't believe I've never been to this place before, it's stunning. Attended my husband's cousin's wedding here last weekend and it was fabulous. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The manager in charge of the ⛺️ set up or just general manager overseeing everyone was absolutely amazing. I
Visited for Family Day 2022. Apparently the "event" was hourly presentations, featuring 2 creatures. One staff member told me that they change which creatures they are featuring. While I found navigating the event/building a little confusing, the staff was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was frien
Fantastic place to relax and a feast for your eyes to witness the variety of flowers along with tulips. If you’re interested in trailing then this is one of the best places to visit. Three gardens are really awesome..try to be early for parking and to catch the shuttle to other gardens.
Exceptionally beautiful gardens with the unique atmosphere and friendly staff though the same can’t be said about the admission staff of the LAKING GARDEN. They were very rude and unwelcoming. Didn’t even say hi or welcome to us, and when I thanked, she didn’t even reply. So unprofessional and unfri
Sunday evening jazz is terrific especially if you are a member. A couple of items though: 1) get there early as it can get busy both in the space and for parking; 2) they have food but not a wide selection and zero options for people with dietary concerns - even easy ones like gluten 3) be aware of
I love botanical gardens! However, it is not always the case that the bigger the better. Most of the garden is more of a large park than an actual garden. Nevertheless, everyone will find something beautiful here. I liked Hendrie Park with its beautiful flower planting and Rock Garden the most. Arbo
Very nice to see some of the gardens. We only got to 1 of them. I was pleased that there was a wooden ramp going thru an area that might have otherwise have been stairs. Perfect for those with mobility devices and strollers. Will need to plan better and see all the other gardens.
There are 3 (maybe 4) gardens. They are about 1.5 km apart from each other. You can use the trail between them. You can also ride between the gardens and park nearby parking area. I liked the rock garden the most. Check which flowers blossom before your visit. Based on your timing it may be more bea
First time experiencing a 10 plus rating.... they only have only 5 stars to choose! Staff, quality of exhibits, shopping, food facilities.... AMAZING.... TOTALLY LOVED IT AND DECIDED TO BE A MEMBER.... Food and drink costs were acceptable. Shuttles and water bottles refill station terrific.
Botanical gardens is worth watching. However you will not be able to visit all sections of the garden in one day for sure as all garden sections are at different locations. Bus ride is available for going from one section to another but I recommend visit one section at each time . I visited in late
Each time I've visited the RBG, I found something new and beautiful to enjoy. Whether in early, middle, or late summer, or even at the beginning of fall, the gardens always have something lovely to offer. Beautiful pictures and even more beautiful memories!
We went on a very hot day. Outside is little tough to enjoy, but garden is really large to cover. We have a brunch there, one day time spend is fine.
This place is a beautiful outdoor and indoor garden, I would come here all year long if I lived closer. The rose garden was still growing, and I hope it will be ready by summer. However, the tulip garden is in full bloom and is beautiful. Would recommend.
We came for the Frog exhibit as my daughter absolutely loves amphibians. She had a blast, and learned quite a bit between the booklet provided, the displays, and the shows. We enjoyed walking around the indoor gardens and looking at other displays, such as the turtles. The gift shop is huge and has
This place was a great day trip. Lots to see if you are up for a couple hours of walking. Good alternative to the zoo or butterfly conservatory.
Fabulous open air gardens and greenhouse at this location. Rhe Hendrie garden has a teahouse for a light meal (reservations are preferred since its quite busy at times). There's a lovely big fountain off to the right side of the garden by the old gate and a water feature pool in front of the teahous
