The main woman who works here is always pleasant and polite (we visit every 3 months or so and order the same things) and the consistency and quality are there! Much better than the mountain location. Thank you to NATHAN (and the friendly crew) who prepared our order. You were so generous on the cheese and pepperoni, which is a bug deal! We ordered it for February 24th 2023 at 4:45pm. It has been awhile since I've seen a good set of pizzas turn out so well, and we are now going to visit this location as the main pizza hut (due to how well they've been performing when we order for special occasions). Thank you for the good service, it was pretty litttttt, pizza is a treat for us now and then so I appreciate it when it's done so well!
We tried to order for delivery but we were told we live in a dead zone. Which I believe is unfair since they took out the centre mall Pizza Hut. We ordered our supreme daily specials very well done , that’s how we like it. It was hot and fresh and ready at exactly the time indicated. Unfortunately we had to pick it up ourselves.

We’re new to the area and have been ordering from the upper ottawa location. We haven’t been very impressed with that location as they seem to skimp on toppings and even the extra cheese we paid for on the cheese bread was Almost non-existant. We tried this location on queenston rd. tonight and it was the best! Thank you Nathan you did a great job - and this will be our new go location to for take out pizza!!
Just got a $10 my box it was amazing such a good amount of toppings and loads of cheese 10/10!!
Shout out to Blair for returning me as a customer. I was hesitant ordering from this location as there was a lady with the worst customer service who worked there taking orders. She was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience when ordering. Blair had a great attitude on the phone and in person. Food was fresh, hot and accurate as ordered. I have to update my review on this location because over the past four years I have been getting pizza from here regularly and I absolutely love this pizza hut, if I could give it more than five stars I would. kudos to the team,( your manager is great, your drivers are great, your whole team is great.) I've never had any issues here for the amount of pizzas I've bought they've always been ready within the time frame, they've always been made correctly and I've always been satisfied coming here. although some may complain pizza huts prices in general are a bit high, if you use the pizza hut app, coupons, or order a walk in special it doesn't have to be that way ;) therefore allowing you to save and buy more pizza another day :) just wanted to share my love and appreciation for this pizza hut and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
Got the new melts.. thought it was expensive at first..but ..they are worth every penny and are delicious
Pizza hut i always remembered to be a good place to eat. With all the other pizza places out there I haven't ate at pizza hut in ages. I have to say sometimes it's worth spending a bit more for a great pizza. Their deal for buying a pizza and five bucks more is even better.
