Ordered a bowl from the centre mall food court and was unpleasantly surprised when I cut my gums on a broken chicken bone. Even though I have a significant gash in my mouth, I consider myself lucky given the damage it could have reaked on my digestive tract if i had swallowed it. Thoroughly disgusting at the lack of quality control with their meat processing.

The place is indoors. There are about 10 other places to eat in. Lots of parking. The steak burrito is very good. The regular size is already big.

Food gave me gastro issues and the chocolate milks I grabbed had both expired. 2 burritos were price was pretty high.

This used to be my go-to place but after tonight, I won't go back. I ordered three california bowls, and the bowl container has changed to a smaller portion for the same price. The customer service is appalling. I had to repeat myself 5 times each time I said anything and I had to speak so loudly, I bet everyone in the food pavillion could hear me. I paid $46.70 for small bowls that are now in containers that get soggy at the bottom and for the steak bowl to have BONES IN IT. The two stars are strictly because the fries and the ancho chipotle sauce hasn't changed.

First time ordering. I tried the quesadilla, it was soggy, burnt on one side (nothing on the other, so never flipped). Oh and I found a chicken bone in my food. No thanks, keep your garbage.

Great service , if beans is all you want to eat . I ordered a large Burrito which was at least 80% beans . I ralize it's a business but really now , cheaping out on ingredients is no way to stay in business . Not a good experience for a first and last experience .

So today I got a quesadilla from the location. It was a black bean and chicken. Normally I am not one to complain actually I usually let things slide all the time. But in this case I couldnt. There was a stone(yes a rock) in my quesadilla. I went to the store and yes they gave me a refund but only for the one item. My boyfriend refused to eat his item as he didn't want to risk hurting his teeth like I did.. the person in the store was rude and refused to give me back the rest of my money. I will never be eating here again. And will be telling everyone I know about this! Next time give the rest of your customers money back and u won't get bad reviews!
